“I am very impressed with Natures Pet. Took my 2 dogs in and Devon was so wonderful with them. We'll never take my dogs anywhere else. They welcome everyone when you come into the store. Their prices on products are reasonable. But the grooming service is amazing. They treat all the dogs and their owners with respect and kindness. So happy we have finally found someone we can trust with our furbabies! Give them a try. If you do go in for a groom, do a meet and greet with your dog/dogs. It let's you know if it will be a good fit.”
“I’ve been dealing with skin issues with my dog, AND I FINALLY found a brand that would work aaaand the manufacturer started having problems getting orders out so now it’s really hard to get the food I needed. I went into Red Dog and talked with Matt. After listening to what I needed, he found a newer brand that has what I need in it, and GAVE me a bag of it to try.So far my dog loves it, but we are in transition, so we will see how her skin does!GREAT customer service here ?? thank you!”

“I’m so grateful this gem of a mom and pop pet store exists!!! I’ve been looking for a place like this to support since moving to the Valley from a bigger city.When I first came into RV Pet my puppy was experiencing regular and absolutely terrible gas as well as bad diarrhea. I was looking to switch up his food but I was completely lost on what to do. Kalea was so helpful and shared sympathy and compassion for what my pup was going through as well as the aftermath that my husband and I were having to experience. She pointed us to try Nutro Source and was so knowledgeable about the product and why we should give it a try for our issues. She made us feel so comfortable in going with her suggestions and welcomed us as first time customers with a little extra treat. It was such a warming experience that I knew even if this food option didn’t do the trick we had become apart of the Rogue Valley Pet pack and would be regular shoppers! And I am happy to report that after just a week of safely transitioning our pups food we began to see, and smell, a huge difference!!! It’s been a couple of months now and every time I feed my pup I thank Kalea for helping us completely eliminate our pups belly issues! I now exclusively shop at RV Pet and have canceled our 3 year relationship with Chewy ?”

You need fertilizer?Yep they got that too.For drivers picking up or dropping off they load and unload fast and you have the convenience store across the street as well as a pharmacy within walking distance.”
“We visit monthly to get our k9 nails trimmed. The ladies who do the trims are fast and friendly and best of all they're frugal! You can't beat their price of $5 / pet! While there, we stock up food, treats and sometimes even a toy! The friendly guy at the counter even loads my bags of food into my car for me! You can't ask for a better way to start a Sunday ??”

“Super friendly staff, who obviously care a lot for the animals in their care. Came home yesterday with my new best friend and co-pilot, who has been great with my kids and absolutely showering us with love and affection.This doesn't feel like a scared dog who spent the past 2 months in the shelter, it is obvious that he was treated with love and compassion while he was there, and he is thriving in his new home already. Absolutely would make the drive from Roseburg again for our next pup!”

“I always receive great service at this store, so yesterday when the service fell below the high standard they've set I took the time to call this morning and talk with the manager Guy. Not only did he listen with complete patience and not one interruption he also responded in an overwhelmingly compassionate and professional manner that not only ensured I would continue to come to PetSmart for my animals needs, but also helped me understand the people behind the titles and name tags. Thank you Guy and PetSmart! I shall return :)”

“I like the pets there just I think they didn't hire me because they wanted me to be a personal trainer because they want me to be successful and happy because I like to work out because I want a 800 bench press. But it is illegal to say that am a felon when am not because you guys said I have a criminal background I have a military background. I think it's my attitude when managers lie and do bad stuff I go head on which is good and bad because am a blunt person which means I just say the raw truth. But sorry I wasn't the right fit for the job I guess at least I tried hopefully to the managers no hard feelings or anything.”
