“Went with a friend to get her truck done. The service is fine. But, if you are into entertainment while getting your oil changed, you have come to the right place. The lead "mechanic" is in charge of the main computer it seems. I don't quite know how to describe what happens. There is a lot of yelling back and forth updating the lead guy so he can track in system. Everything from "closing hood, bay 2",to "checking headlights". It's like a chaotic bidding war is going on. You might enjoy it, you might not. Don't go if you have a headache.Oh, and they changed the oil just fine.”
“First few times of trying to get my oil changed I was rudely met. No warmth just treated like I was an inconvenience. Upon coming in at another time, there had been a fresh set of faces and a close-to-empty bay. So we tried again and got Rodney, who had been amazing the whole time. I will be back. They need to hire more people like Rodney and get rid of the rude smug individual that plagued the place earlier on. It only takes one person to cost a star to be removed. Rodney is the reasons there is 4 stars instead of 2.”
