I'm glad we have a Napa a national auto parts chain in our small town. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and no hassle returns. There is never a wait for customer service. If they have to order a part most likely it wil arrive the next day. Very quick. They will even order parts without paying for them first as they want to be sure they are what you need. If not they send them back. Great policy in my eyes. If you need parts from oil to batteries or just good automotive advice come to Napa. No need to go anywhere else.

Went to this brand new store today the only women in the store at time no one else 3 guys at a register and I'm standing there wait for help got tired of wait and walked out. Went to Napa store in Shady Cove as soon as I walked in I got help and they were very helpful in what I needed

Battery was shot after 2 years, and then I had to pay $70 for the new one with the warranty covering part of it. Pretty lame. Not the employees fault, they’re super nice! First Napa told me my battery was totally fine, it just needed to be charged. After that my battery was checked by AAA and my mechanic and they said it was dead. I’ll never buy a battery from Napa again. Bad quality and bad policies.

Brad, he works in the paint dept was amazing!!! He was right out there with us getting the battery back in. Very knowledgeable about which battery would be a good replacement. It's so wonderful to see friendly, courteous and knowledgeable help. Thank you so much Brad.

I live out in the country my car broke down, so I called and they ordered one of the parts I need the others are in stock they're holding them for me until I can make it into town in a couple of day's at least I know with one phone call that they have my stuff and it'll be there when I get there
