Well I'm a gas attendant for closing and I alongside the night crew try to by respectful and helpful to everyone that comes through. I'm Always willing to wash your windows and have a friendly chat. I know recently I wasn't always in the best mood while I had dental problems, so anyone I came off as rude to I apologize and hope to have a better experience with you all in the future

I went in to get gas and at the self-service the pumps said 4.89 a gallon and the sign said 4.73 The guy outside said it's because they're two different prices but all the pumps said the same price and the lady inside said because about 15 different times with no other words in between. I'm starting to believe minimum wage is made for incompetent people. They make more than that. God help us

I’ve had nothing but wonderful service, when I get off work normally It’s late at night and every time I get gas I’ve had workers who’s shown me nothing but respect and patience.

Went in this morning and asked for 10, gas attendant didn’t say a word to me. She also either didn’t hear me or doesn’t know how to preset a pump because it popped off at 11.41. I told her it popped off at 11.41 and she preceded to pump more, I said no I asked for 10$ politely . She said “no! You said 20$!” Of course sometimes we mess up and say the wrong things but I know for a fact I said 10$. She went on to give me 2$ to cover what she went over. That would have been great and I would have been on my way. She shoves the 2$ at me and says “here’s the 2$ but I assure you I always double check.” Well today you didn’t honey cause you didn’t say two words to me til I politely told you you over pumped. She then went on to tell me to “leave you’re disgusting. You’re disgusting!” and called me the N word. Real classy. It’s crazy cause usually the staff here is so incredibly nice. I have never been so disgusted

Worked here for a short while getting back on my feet when moving back from up north, management is terrible, overworked employees and terrible pay for the amount of workload. The only people I liked was the actual owner, my manager mace and the assistant gm Tina and car wash employees. HR was a joke, didn’t get paid on time consistently and getting your legal break was a chore.

I love lil pantry and was pretty excited when I moved to white city to make them my regular stop for gas and snacks but... the chick behind the counter couldn't let the guy pumping gas know we put $20 on pump 5 and when my husband came in to see what was going on she waited until he left the store and said if your kids are hot turn your a/c on. How do you work at a gas station and not know your car needs to be off when fueling up. Gotta go somewhere else for gas now cuz I refuse to shop where the employees talk shit about customers after they walk out the door.

They can even run a lottery machine, to get what people ask for. If they don't train these people the right way they will lose customers. Even in their deli-over cooked items.

Was told my money was fake when they refused to check it with the marker. I was told well unquote that I stink and that's what got me f***** up buy an employee. I go into the shop everyday and spend money and get treated like this over $100 bill they wouldn't even check if it was real that I had just recently got from the bank I will never be using this establishment again

Never again will I eat anything PREPARED here. I bought some ranch for my pizza from a local restaurant, I was the only one who ate the ranch I got severe food poisoning. I called to give them feed back and the lady seemed less than interested in even getting feed back. These people do not rotate their products at all. Be careful what you eat from ANY of these locations, same owner for each one.

Place is kept not very clean, they have a very unorganized system with the employee's they've had vacuums for their carwash that they just wont fix and every time i go there, they have a pretzel that sits in the hot case but it has never left that case for weeks that I've seen.

Walk in the store it smells so gross. I had to hold my breath. Then you look around, it is filthy, gross. I doubt they clean at all. The build up of dirt and grease shows they don’t clean. I used to love the deli. Sorry, you lost a customer to lazy employees. ?
