The vending machine is Never fresh when it does get filled with fresh new items they leave the old way outdated one in the front and doesn't work half of the time. Got 3 months old gummy bears again
None one around to help with the machines they take the money from the washing machine and then leave
The person who stops buy just check the washer and dryer and get the cash and leave

You can tell this is a new owner, much brighter and cleaner but still older machines and some eat your quarters but they have done so much to make it nice. It's the people who come in that don't clean up after themselves. Appreciate that the fact the newer owners are trying to make it nice. Stop taking things for granted!! If you drop something pick it up! Throw it away, if you used all your laundry soap, throw the container away, pick up the used dryer sheets.

Reasonable rates on machines. Plenty of room and machines for several people. On site management for troubleshooting (there weren't troubleshooting issues) great experience

This used to be a nice clean laundromat, it is that way anymore, the floors and machines are nasty and it stinks. Someone was available there cleaning and helping in the past, since no one is there it has gone from 8 to a 2

This laundry facility is conveniently located on the main highway. Prices are cheaper than the closest competition. Plenty of parking and the machines work well.

3 times I paid to use bathroom, I never gained entry in. Also I had to pay twice on the $4.25 washer. This has happened a couple of times to me. But I keep coming back because the washers work well. And the dryers actually dry my clothes.

Since the new owners bought this place it has consistently declined the floors are dirty and unswept some of the washing machines are not completing those spin cyclesUsed to be better in the past

It's really going downhill I'm always losing money in the machines they don't work worth hell I keep having to wash in different machines because the washers don't spin out . It needs to be attended .

Clean, reasonable prices, close to other resources so you can multitask and shop while your clothes wash. And that being said in most cases you actually can leave your clothes there to wash without fear of thief's or tampering. The owner is who geets the fifth star though. He is kind and understanding and most importantly one heck of a conversation
