The pay station is WAY slower than the one at Pacific Pride (right down the street). Most professional drivers are always in a hurry, and that doesn't help. Also, poor planning to have Diesel and gasoline on the same row of pumps. That is not normal, and makes it too easy for Diesel drivers to make a mistake.

I get my propane tanks filled here and usually the service is good. I don't know the gentleman's name who usually helps me but he's always nice and helpful. Then, I went there tonight around 4:30 on Monday, December 27th 2021. Let me tell you, I don't know what crawled up this guy, whom I've never seen before, but he gave me grief about things that a good customer service employee shouldn't. He was a stalky, short gray haired man in his 50's and I've never been treated like that ever in my life. I was waiting in my car patiently for 2 people before me to get their tanks filled. It was snowy and cold outside so i figured I'd wait in my car. From where I was parked, I couldn't even see the propane fill station because I was on the other side of the car currently getting their tanks filled. After awhile that car drives away and it's my turn. But, there's no attendant there. I get my tanks out, put them next to the fill station and head inside to get some help. I see a gentleman in there so I say," Excuse me, is there someone who can fill my propane tanks?" I wasn't sure that this gentleman was the person who filled propane tanks because I've never seen him there before. He looked at me like I just cursed at him and said," well, you were just sitting in your truck!" He said that with a very condescending tone like I did something wrong. Now, I've worked in customer service for about 30 years. I know the protocol isn't to just ignore the person waiting in the car and walk away from the customer. He obviously saw me since he told me I was just sitting in my car. Why not just walk up to the car, tap on my window to get my attention and ask if I need help? Seems reasonable. Instead he gave me grief about waiting in my car. After he rudely made his statement I responded by nicely saying to him," I was just patiently waiting my turn in my car, eating my trail mix and trying to staying out of the cold as much as possible." He than rolled his eyes at me and snidely said," well I don't want to be out in the cold filling your propane tanks." At this point in just beside myself. He was treating me like I put him out somehow. If I decide to do business there again and I see him working I'll probably just go somewhere else because I don't really want to risk a possible fight with him.

Diesel pumps are extremely slow and after a 12 hour day it makes it worse.

Easy to get gas. Not to far out of the way. Put your card in, pump your gas, and go.
