Return Policy is a Scam. If you open a box to see what is inside, I E a Mug. To see if it is damaged, correct color, anything in the box at all, You have now voided their return policy and cannot return it. So they effectively do not have a return policy.Ordered a Mug, opened the box to see the color, can’t return it, because I opened the Box, even though never used, all in original packaging, etc. Totally deceptive and misleading return policy. By the company interpretation of “opening a Box” you could never return anything.
