We have had very high power bills and trouble shooters down to a problem with our well pump. We heard it humming even when the water wasn’t being used. Called yesterday, the showed up today. Mark you as great! He had everything needed to quickly and easily diagnose the problem. We had a pump that was 32 years old! He put in a shiny new one and verified that we had plenty of water in our well. Very grateful!! Mark was great!!Service: Pump repairs & installation

Those guys are awesome and prompt. They came out the same day and were able to fix it with the new part in just over an hour. Even though they didn't know exactly what the problem was or even what brand we had before they got here. The gentleman were both very polite, and kept me informed the whole time they were working on it.

My well went down this morning and I have livestock that need to be watered daily. I called Desert pump and told them my situation, and even tho they had no appointments available, they fit me in before lunch and had the well up in a matter of minutes, replacing the control unit at a very reasonable price!!!! They have won a customer for life, thank you!!!

I Called them in a emergency well pump was down. Said they be right there that day I called. Joe and his assistant got us back up and running with in a few hours they where Johnny on the spot. Very honest and easy to work with.

Very very happy with the technician Mark. He was fast and efficient and still willing and able to answer our bothersome (I'm sure) questions with a smile. He got right after it and did not cost us anymore money than needed. In fact the whole staff that was on duty did a bang up job. They were there for us in our hour of need. Thank you, thank you :)

Great company and would recommend them to anyone in the valley with a well issue. The guys came out and I had issues after and they came back twice and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right! Great customer service!

Im so impressed with desert pump today! I called at 730am and they called back at 915am and had a technician out to my house by 945am. They diagnosed and fixed my pressure and electrical issue on the spot. I thought we'd be out of water for a couple days due to the fires in the valley. I highly recommend desert pump for all your well needs! Thank you so much!

Pete and Mark were great!!! They went "out of their way" yesterday to get to my house (lots of roadblocks due to the fires). They fixed my water tank pressure problem very quickly. They were so helpful. Showed me how to deal with the problem if it happens again. I was very happy with their service. Would recommend them as I would use them again.
