I used to love this pharmacy, they used to be so helpful. Lately now every month there’s something missing (or something wrong) when my mother or I pick up our meds. This place is probably great if you don’t rely on 5+ prescriptions just to function. I appreciate all they do and how nice most of the folks are down there, and I know it’s not an easy job. But I do wish that getting everything sorted was easier for both parties.

Well just was hung up from a Lexi. They have very rude people working there. It’s Very upsetting that the pharmacy has no moral or kindness. Service is poor.

I quit using this pharmacy because their inability to relay information properly (It will be ready in 2 hours) and lack of accountability (still not ready 4 hours later) and or accommodation for their own employees mistakes (5 hours later, now they say they never got the fax) ? and lack in basic knowledge of how to do their job properly and receive a fax. Well they received my kids prescription and marked it as received, leaving no other pharmacy the able to fill it, as it can’t be transferred if it shows received. (7 hours later) they found it and now it has to go to the back of the line and they can’t rush it even though they watched me wait all day for it. Terrible customer service would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. YOU MIGHT AS WELL SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO THE GRADE SCHOOL AND HAVE THEM SORT IT OUT. AT LEAST THEY WOULD BE CUTER TO WATCH TRY AND ACCOMPLISH IT. Instead of a monotone individual telling you sorry and they are so busy but has the time to be on her phone every time someone leaves the window. This is the 3rd time dealing with this same problem amongst others like being given someone else’s prescription because they had the same last name. 0 STAR

I have been trying for a month to upload their app to my phone and every time I get to the phone number verification......nothing! The app is one of the worst one I have ever used. And I used Walgreens for godsake!!! And the customer service was awful, I phoned in my refills last week using their system. And by yesterday I got a call letting me know they were ready. When I went to pick them up only 2 of the Rx were filled, when I asked about the 3rd, the young lady said I put the order in to soon and they couldn't process it. WHAT!! I let her know that NO I didn't order it too soon, cause I'm completely out of the medication!!!!! She just shrugged and said that she would get it started. When I asked if I could get at least 4 pills (I take 2 in am and 2 in the pm) she informed me that no matter what it would take 2hr to fill it and I can come back then!!!!! REALLY! I didn't make the mistake your system did, and my Dr was very specific about me taking these 2 meds together and I've now gone a day and half not doing that!!!!! She did even say sorry, didn't even go and check with the pharmacist about getting me 4 pills that would let me make it to today. She was just like "To bad so sad". Well I'm glad she's an MD and knows more than my Dr. does. I moved to this pharmacy because they deliver and I don't have time in my work schedule to keep going to the pharmacy, and no matter how many times I tell them they don't have to call that someone is always home, they keep calling and because of that I missed a delivery yesterday. I get that their job can be frustrating, having to deal with unhappy people from time to time. but COME ON you are holding our health in your hands and when either your system, or your employees don't do their job that affects our health and you have NO idea what that person is going through medically to just treat them so blasé. It was so bad that I actually considered going back to Walgreens, WALGREENS! All I want are Rx filled timely, delivered so I don't miss work, and when I call not having to deal with rude employees that make me feel like I'm being a nuisance to them. Like Cory made me feel when I called about a question, he practically hung up on me, and his tone made it clear he had better things to do then talk to me!!! Rude, condescending and short toned people are who you will talk to if you have to call this pharmacy for any reason.

Very Rude Staff! Incompetent to say it nicely! They partially filled a pain pill prescription without getting my consent. They then told me they did me a favor even though they are closed weekends and prevented me from filling my prescription at another pharmacy. Post "Total Hip Replacement" surgery no less !!! Don't trust these people with your health or your wealth please.

Extremely disappointed. After being a loyal customer for over 5 years & trusting this pharmacy with my entire family’s wellbeing. I’m told they will no longer fill my prescription unless I also fill 4 other maintenance medications a month with their pharmacy. This policy not only violates the Oath of a Pharmacist, but is insulting after I’ve spent years working to eliminate medications with diet and exercise under my doctors care to better my health. This policy is not listed anywhere on their website or information. This policy is not required by the FDA, CDC, DEA or the Oregon Board of Pharmacy, I checked all of them & reported this pharmacy for this policy. My prescription had been filled by Cascade monthly for over 5 years, with no mention of this policy or any other issues. Through my health and wellness battle I have learned that a personal relationship with your pharmacist can save your life, I trusted this pharmacy and sought their advice often. I’m sorry to share, they no longer care about the Oath of a Pharmacist, Cascade no longer considers the welfare of humanity and relief of suffering their primary concerns, they no longer hold themselves to the highest principles of the profession’s moral, ethical and legal conduct & above all they do not embrace and advocate changes that improve patient care. It is highly unethical to require a patient to fill non-needed, nor required prescription medications in order to obtain an actual needed prescription. I am moving all my families medications to a pharmacy with a pharmacist who values their oath and patient care. This is no longer that pharmacy. I highly advise you do not trust them with your wellbeing or the wellbeing of those you care about.

I have been going here for years and now all the nice, friendly staff is gone replaced by young girls who are snotty, rude and have no idea about what customer service means!!Today I had one slam my bag of meds on the counter because I didn't want to hold up the line in the drive thru. So I came inside instead because it was taking a long time. And she said in a very awful tone that if I would have waited 5 MORE SECONDS, she would have been done. I told her I did not know that. Either way, I am taking my business somewhere else and hope they can teach them some common courtesy!!

No delivery, no Rx, but payment processed early in the day delivery was promised! Unacceptable service when you rely on their delivery service to get Rx filled properly. A horrible way to treat a customer.

Really very disappointed with my experience with this pharmacy. I was so hopeful and excited to have a small locally owned pharmacy. But to much dismay it's been awful. First off the staff especially Lily is very rude. Her compassion and customer service are severely lacking, she literally does whatever she wants, if she doesn't like you today no prescriptions for you. I've been hung up on, yelled at and hugely disrespected. They continue to mess around and withhold needed prescriptions. (Like inhalers and heart medications) I cannot express enough how terrible it's been. Been trying to get my fathers inhaler since last Thursday. I called and asked to speak or leave a message with the owner because I really feel like Lily is messing around with our prescriptions and the staff simply will not leave a message for him. As a matter of fact I was hung up on by Cody, he said no the owner never comes in here and hung up. I emailed and called his personal number as well. Still NO RESPONSE. Definitely not a way to run a successful pharmacy that actually cares about their responsibilities as a Pharmacy/Pharmacist. The whole staff needs an over haul. I'll be filing a complaint with the Oregon Pharmacy Board.

This place was super friendly. Had my prescription ready in no time. They even offer a drive through option. Fun little items inside and very friendly atmosphere. This is what you want from a pharmacy.

Corey is extremely helpful. I had a few questions and addressed them professionally. I really felt like he was listening and was very understanding. It’s nice to have a small local pharmacy that actually cares about their clients.

Never a hassle to go to Cascade Pharmacy. Fills in scripts is fast. I love the drive thru. I drive from Medford, but I don't miss the hassle of the pharmacies in Medford! So worth the drive!
