We are thankful to have a pool that we don’t have to drive to Medford to get to . We have had a birthday party there and attended several. I’ve had nothing but good experiences. My daughter’s third grade class got to attend water safety classes for free. So absolutely incredible of cascade community pool to offer. The staff is very nice. There seems to be several volunteers, which probably is what keeps the price down low. It is an indoor pool so it can be humid. The pool seems to be a little bit bigger than Abk‘s but smaller than YMCA Medford and Ashland. Two classes of third graders had no problem Swimming together, although, as you can imagine it was very loud. Thank you, cascade For serving our community.

I have been going to the pool for a month. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The pool is warm and the locker room is clean. I joined a swim class after taking a free session. The teacher gives a great class and I am enjoying the fellowship in the class. Highly recommend.

Great place to have a party! With uncertain weather conditions and wanting to have a place where all the children can be closely monitored…this was the perfect spot. They have a lifeguard and someone watching the children so you can visit with people or prepare whatever is needed. Totally private for just your party, which makes it nice and safe. Keep in mind that being organized is important because you need to stay strictly within your time frame, however the friendly staff are amazing at helping you to instruct the children when needed and communicate the time. It also can get pretty toasty for those not swimming, so make sure to dress accordingly. We loved having our bday party here and would definitely encourage it for children parties. It was a hit!

Kind of a specific experience as im there for VA aquatic PT, so I dont know how it normally functions, but the pool and facilities seem well maintained and are all handicappable.

Worst experience and worst customer service I’ve experienced. If you don’t like working with kids as was obvious with the manager working today, look into a different job. Racist as well . We went to a birthday party and this lifeguard approached me to tell me to put a life jacket on my child who has been in swimming lessons for the last 5 years and can swim across a pool no problem. I asked why and oh my. How dare a parent ask and question this lifeguard. I feel like a part of this could have been because I questioned this white woman. She threw a fit and was upset because I asked why and how dare I question her reasoning. Then I was supposed to tell my 7 year old that the reason why was because this lifeguard said she couldn’t swim. She yelled at me because I instead told my daughter that this lady wants you to wear a life jacket. She yelled at me because I was not telling my child the truth, she demanded I tell my daughter the truth. As an educator it is detrimental to tell a child who is confident to tell them they are not good at something and how dare you yell at me to do that to my daughter. This old hag makes this place somewhere that should be rated 0 stars. At the end of the day, I get that is affordable, but go somewhere else that have people working their with people skills and enjoy working with children.

I went here with my family for are weekly outing. we where greated by a young blond women, named Alex I believe she made are experience wonderful she awnserd all are questions quickly and thurouly she really made us feel at comfortable and safe she went above and beyond and I felt the nead to share my experience

Amazing! We had a birthday party there for my kids and it was a breeze! Staff was more than accommodating and the pool was perfect is everyway. Definitely gonna have to make a few reservations fast next year because they book out quick!

Have had two Birthday parties there..Staff was attentive..Lifeguard was VERY bored lol (We have well behaved kids?)
They were understanding, and worked with us, when we had to switch days...We had baby swim classes for my 2 year Grandson..Instructor was AWESOME!!! When you get reliable instructors for beginner lessons..Let me know??

We have been going to Cascade Community Pool for several years. Most recently, we became members. I take my grandchildren there each week and the staff is always pleasant. The lifeguards are very attentive. The pool is nicely heated, not too warm or too cool.
In the past we did birthday parties at the pool - it’s a great value for a good sized group of people. No need to entertain the kids!! #win
