I have no idea how "budget" got on here.
Great Place! Very secure, Clean, And the people in the office are very nice and helpful. Prices seem to be about the average going rate . Very nice facility.

Very polite friendly place is clean cut an dry biz but attendant was really nice and helpful. Pleasant describes my stop here as much as I dislike renting another storage unit has no bearing on the easy and "fun" visit

Actually, the size of a 5' x 10' is larger. It's really 8' x 10'.

We did have an issue with the company next door starting a fire that burned our storage unit and many of our things.Thankfully Budget Mini Storage worked with us while we sifted through debis and did not rush us. They are really nice people and we appreciate their help.

People are nice and efficient. Storage space is ample. Showing a little wear but definitely works for our needs. Due to COVID 19 can't use the restrooms but hopefully that changes soon. Great people great location.
