On vacation at Emigrant Lake and our towing vehicle was suddenly bouncing and making a noise. Yikes, googled mechanic near me.
Blueline automotive had great reviews and we took a chance. The absolute BEST service, they took an immediate look and assessed our likely problem and solved the issue. They took great care of us expediently and we were back to vacation safely!

Still need to work out the bugs. $ 5400 for a third generation Prius head gasket? Failure to inventory gasket set? Machine shop mistakes on 2 valves? Timing chain error on assembly? 5 weeks in the shop? A web site for progress updates that doesn't give updates? A loner vehicle provided on week 5 added a star. I wasn't charged for the second head removal and additional gaskets. I hope the machine shop was.... Out of all this drama the price paid for the expected quality workmanship hurt the most.

Breaking down in the summer heat of 100+ degrees while pulling a 38ft RV is major stress. Blueline towed our RV to their shop along with the diesel truck that had turbo wiring issues. The techs/staff were very knowledgeable keeping us updated on status the entire time over the 4th of July holiday/weekend. Turns out the FORD factory sent a part that was not wired correctly! Blueline techs found the error and corrected putting in many hours to fix the factory's mistake. I highly recommend this shop as integrity, patience, and "do it right the 1st time" attitude is clearly their motto and company guidelines.

Blue line has bailed me out of trouble twice now really really good professionalism. I have committed my business in the future with all my cars to them. They’re good people. They help me back into town off of a camping trip where my car broke down and fixed it directly inside of there already busy schedule, they’re definitely there for the little guy. I would say anybody should support this local business and business in our valley.

Blueline automotive really helped us out. We had car problems while on vacation and they fixed it the day after we called (when the other places we called were 1-2 weeks out) and got us back on the road. They were honest and fair with us and also checked the vehicle over for other issues and got another thing straightened out. The staff was professional and kind while we waited in their office.

We appreciate Blueline Automotive and the great work they do. The staff is so friendly, professional and care about making sure our vehicle's are repaired right. When we were checking out a new vehicle for purchase they did a complete check up. Then they also talked with the dealership we were negotiating with to clarify two problems they found and encouraged them be fair with us. They have worked to get our vehicles in quickly and also repaired as quickly as possible. We trust them and appreciate their honest upfront dealings with us. We highly recommend them.
