Blood draw. I absolutely HATE needles and the pain of the poke! Got called to the back after a very quick checkin at front desk. Lobby was half full. The lady called me to follow her to the back and offered up a chair. I said how much I hate needles and she alcohol swabbed my right inner elbow, complemented my veins. I had turned away from her and she set out the vials with labels asked me to repeat my info and why I was there… asked about how my day was going and if I had any fun things to do later… then squeezed my shoulder as she undid the wrap on my arm!? WHAT? You are done ????? I did not feel one single poke or anything and 3 vials were filled and done!!! I can’t believe it still !! All my life I have hated blood draws, she was an absolute perfect experience for me.THANK YOU

Check in is easy. The wait time is minimal and the phlebotomists are very good. They hit my vein quickly and I was out of there pretty fast.
