Really friendly and helpful by trying to help us solve our issues over the phone. We ended up bringing out a mobile mechanic (quite a far distance). He seemed very competent and got us up and running. Was it expensive? Yes, but that's to be expected for a house call. Also,we were made fully aware of the cost prior to service.
