Do not deal with racist Dr Jeffrey Luty. I am US Army vet during Persian Gulf War and treated like 2nd class citizen by Dr Jeff Luty. Found out Dr Luty lost his license twice due to his cocaine addiction and restraining orders. healthgrades.com/physici…

Rhinehart Pharmacy what a joke they tell you they don’t fill a certain medication and then when I call the pharmacist he said yes we do. I said then why did they tell my daughter they will not fill it. The pharmacist says his girl never said that. Then tells me to have my daughter get her medication from somewhere else. Really!!!! They have lost my business

After being lied to and experiencing incredibly rude customer service I decided to never use this pharmacy agin. It's pretty unfortunate because in this community the next closest pharmacy is 30+ minutes away. After deciding to take my business else where, they then directly violated my rights under HIPPA by sharing what medications I was on to someone other then me without identification or permission over the phone. This isn't the first time that they have violated HIPPA. An acquaintance of mine when working there several times in my presence would gossip about the medications and medical conditions of people that used this pharmacy. If you value your rights as described by HIPPA I strongly suggest that you choose another pharmacy

Kind and compassionate healers. My daughter fell on rocks in the ocean and needed assistance to stop bleeding and get cleaned up. This occurred just before closing and they helped her in spite of that. I really appreciated their help and kindness.

STOP Price Gouge people during an National Emergency !!! I paid $71.00 for a medication that normally costs us $26. .... I will be turning you in to the state of Oregon. Selling essential consumer goods or services after the declaration of an emergency at a price of more than 15% above the rate charged before the declaration. Considered an unlawful trade practice, subject to injunctive relief and private civil action by individuals for damages. *A state of emergency is declared in the state of Oregon due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

I had the worst experience at this pharmacy, the staff (Elissa along with another young woman) were completely unprofessional and down right rude. I was made to feel that I was inconveniencing them by simply coming in. It’s unfortunate because this is the only pharmacy in the area but next time I will definitely go out of my way to use a different pharmacy.

This is a very good pharmacy. The pharmacist has always gone way out of his way to explain medications to me whenever I have questions. The staff is professional and friendly. I have always received excellent service here. I recommend it highly.

I think it may just be understaffed, but I'm not entirely sure. I've had long than usual waits to get a prescription here. It works when you need it and it's a great resource for locals that don't want to drive all the way to Tillamook or Seaside to get a prescription filled.
