I was quoted two prices on Tuesday. The prices, when I went in to pick them up, had risen. The pharmacist swore up and down they could not possibly have quoted any prices. Yet I asked him if without a GoodRX coupon the script was $646 and with it $20.87. The pharmacist manager (Al) said it was not allowed and impossible for them without a script to quote a price. I asked him what the script ran.....$646 indeed! Liar. Bait and switch....

The Pharmacy crew in West Linn is so kind, warm, and welcoming. We came in for our vaccines today and they were so patient and helpful. They gave clear instructions and answered our questions easily. Thank you for being there, thank you for celebrating with those of us whose time it was to get vaccinated. Grateful you are there and grateful for your warmth!

I love these folks, great customer service, especially Melissa and the rest of the Staff who have been coming in and taking care of all of us in the community during this pandemic. Wanted to give them a shout out.

This pharmacy has it all. Excellent customer service, accurate information from the pharmacist, prescriptions filled on-time, friendly staff, and easy call-in prompts for refills. Oh, and their Rx costs are lower than any other place I could find.

I tried the Walmart Pharmacy for the first time this week. The pharmacist was great. But when I called because my rx still wasn't ready, I was told to call my doctor because they needed to reach her and my doctor hadn't called back. BUT when I spoke with my doctor, it turned out she had called the pharmacy hours before. I had to call Walmart back and they were all confused...not a good sign in a pharmacy! they finally told me they were filling it. This was hours ago and still no RX ready! What a mess. Don't use them!

This pharmacy is amazing. We were using the pharmacy at Safeway in West Linn and had experienced many issues. We recently moved our families prescriptions to Walmart and they have exceeded all of our expectations. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The pharmacy manager (AL) has gone out of his way to provide a level of service that was higher than we ever would have expected.
