I guess opening hours are more of a suggestion... We waited for the store to open, but a half-hour later, no one is here. Probably for the better. The wait to get help when they *are* open is always so long that we give up and leave anyway.

I don't understand how people don't get hours of operation. Like I understand staffing issues. But don't try and pass that off to the customer. If you are planning on opening late, put a note on the door and not ask customers to come back in an hour, after we have been outside for 30mins already waiting for you to open. Come on do better.

While on a visit in Portland area, my wife dropped her phone into water and that meant a new phone. I searched the reviews and found this store had high marks. I was not disappointed. Admittedly, she did need a new phone but so did I as both were a number of years old and failing. Staff there were very helpful. Annabelle was the primary rep for our review and purchase. She was outstanding and we eventually went out the door with our choices in a fully working condition. she took the time to work with the transfer of data while also helping others at the same time. I could go on as she is a superstar. At least I can give her and the store a shout-out.

Jacoby was absolutely amazing. Give this guy a raise! His knowledge was impressive, his multi-tasking skills admirable, and his ability to stay unruffled and even kind dealing with the types of customers that walk in those doors was nothing short of miraculous. My family will absolutely seek him out again when it’s time to visit a Verizon retail location. We felt like we were in competent hands and our needs were cared for during the entire experience. All while Jacoby maintained the smile and friendly patter that helps ease the burden that necessarily comes with these complex interactions with technology.

I went in for a screen protector and walked out quite happy with my experience. My phone looks perfect and my time in the store was great. I was helped by Noah and Jacoby, they provided incredible customer service ??

I need Elizabeth and I came in this afternoon and Alejandro has been very helpful for me I have to say that I am a senior and therefore some things in technology I find puzzling and I was unable to sync my newer phone that I got right here at Verizon with an older tablet that I got at Costco and Alejandro was a genius he fixed the two he thinks the two phones not only that but he also we talked about quoted me how much it would cost me if I'm going to get the the mobile data if I'm going to get the mobile data because I right now my tablet is not a synced with my phone to get the mobile data so I need that for secure service when I'm traveling but Alejandra was very patient and I really appreciate that because it's harder for someone who is born when I was to always get all this straight so thank you you're wonderful you get all the stars I could give you

Horrible service. My wife has tried to get a new phone with this store for 2 months and they still haven’t gotten it figured out. We have been to the store 7 times over the course of 2 months and just more problems caused by them. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! Absolutely terrible experience. Go to any other store, just not this one.
