Let me tell you that the employees at the West Linn UPS Store carefully wrapped each fragile part of the item with extreme care. Although I had to pay for special care packaging, it was well worth it, just knowing that it would arrive unbroken. My brothers were very happy in receiving the item, and we all joked about how it took them 30 minutes just to unwrap it!
