“I’ve been coming here regularly for several years and always had a good experience, but they went above and beyond today. I came in with a pretty serious oil leak and they quickly admitted that it was a more serious problem than they could handle. They were so kind and took great care of me while I waited for a tow truck- even gave me a popsicle and bottles of water. Great customer service!”

“I'll start this review by admitting that I am generally not trusting of auto mechanics. I do most of our automotive maintenance and repair and have had several occurrences with past mechanics where I found that they were being less than honest and performing unnecessary work in the interest of billing the customer more.
This made our experience with Dimitri even sweeter. I had diagnosed our Toyota Tacoma to have a leaking head gasket and took the car to Dimitri after receiving a referral from a neighbor.
Dimitri assessed the vehicle and gave us a solid estimate for replacing the head gasket and having the head milled.
We accepted his bid and had several discussions with Dimitri during the week he had our truck. He even sent over several pictures of the work in progress and updated us with his progress, including the need for additional work which he explained clearly and concisely.
Once the work was completed we picked up our Tacoma enjoyed an in-person conversation with Dimitri. We found him to be honest, straight-forward, and supportive. And best of all, his work was of exceptional quality. Our truck has never run better.
I'd recommend anyone in need of auto repair or maintenance to go see Dimitri!”

“Last Tuesday my car wouldn't start with numerous attempts to jump, so I popped over to this Jiffy Lube which I live down the street from explained the situation and they sprung to action. After some testing and waiting and discussion. They were able to get the car to jump with their jump box (embarrassingly I failed at jumping due to some user error I still can't figure out) I drove in and they did some further test and let me know some good and some bad news. With things needing some work and replacement and things that are fine. Through and through I have been here multiple times and each time they were awesome with quick work and even helping me find and decide on good parts and prices. I felt like I was getting full disclosure, even with my ignorance on vehicles. The manager Eva was awesome every step of the way this visit. I can't recommend this Jiffu Lube enough if you're in the area for a quick fix or general maintenance.”

The communication was incredible. The technician we had was Jon, got in diagnosed the problem and saved us money by seeing if some of the parts are salvageable, which they were. Car was towed there late Monday afternoon around 4 and got a call today
(Wednesday) morning and it was ready.
Also love they support our military. Cant say enough good things them-turn around, price and honesty-what more can you ask for.”
“My 25-foot long 11.5 foot high Class C RV's oil change light came on. I was turned away from both the Fast Lane and the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on the same road (even though I called ahead to each of them and they both assured me they could do the service). Jiffy Lube's team guided me in, changed the RV's oil, and got me out in less than 20 minutes. Such great service! Thanks guys!”

Excellent customer service the whole team deserves commendations
The Colorado started having issues related to a TSB after I left only wish the warranty I left with covered TSB related issues but other then that I will be very much buying my next car here . Thankfully the TSB is something cheap
They even set me up with two free oil changes
The only thing I can complain about is the fact my kid now has waaaaaay too many Pokémon cards after the visit ?
Managers if you read this you have a great team at the Mazda dealership.
My only wish is to have that TSB covered but sometimes we can’t have everything”

They are open Saturdays. Which is very convenient for me. I have called other shops and they are closed on Saturdays.
They have loaned me a rental car any time I needed one. They may not be the best cars. But it helps out the pocket book not having to mess around with a rental.
I have called them last minute for an oil change. They say they can get it done. If I drop off my vehicle. They text or call me when it is done..
They no my name when I walk through the door. They are very courteous and nice..We kid around with each other..
They are willing to work on my 1979 Chevrolet G10 Van. That other Mechanics call a project. And refuse to work on it. Or just let my Van sit on their lot until I finally come pick it up..
They work on my 2016 Jeep Compass also. My Jeep has high mileage and is slowly getting costly..but It is cheaper to have them fix it. Rather than get deep in payments on a newer vehicle..
I have read other people's negative comments..they can go somewhere else and be charged even more money. And have to take time off work to get your vehicle fixed..because they are not open on Saturday. And want to stop seeing people after 4:30 pm.
If you run a mechanic shop you need to be open on Saturday. And accommodate people later than 4:30..
Also good luck getting a loaner car..

“Noah the service manager was super helpful and attentive. We came in to have our AC serviced and he explained how it was done, and answered all of our questions. There was an issue with the machine - he stayed incredibly calm even though one of the technicians (Will) was being snotty and flippant to his boss in front of us.
