I would avoid this salon, specifically Tess, if you expect your time to be respected and for your hair dresser not to be distracted when doing your hair. I came in for a 5pm appointment and was neglected until about 6:30. They had a random woman that doesn't even do hair wash my hair with peppermint stuff that burnt my head and then I was left under a heater for almost an hour after that. My haircut took about 5 minutes and I was left with uneven bangs and layers that look like a 5 year old was practicing on barbie. Good luck enjoying yourself and leaving satisfied if you go here.

BEST BLONDES IN TOWN! Krystina is absolutely amazing at my blonde highlights. Her color always turns out amazing and so fresh - perfect color for a blonde in terms of hue. She does a great job with haircuts as well - side bangs that perfectly lay and layers that perfectly feather. THE BEST!

I had a balayage and cut done with Jennifer! She did a fantastic job and was so kind! Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for a good stylist! Cute salon as well, everyone was so friendly.

A friend purchased a gift certificate for me to have a pedicure. The manicurist does not answer her phone and her voicemail is full. I have called five or more times with unanswered messages no return calls, unable to make any kind of an appointment to go in walked into the salon. She was not there, and nobody could help me. I would never suggest anyone use the salon for any reason very unfriendly bad customer service.

My first and last visit to this place. The appointment was for highlights and a cut with Jen, my hair is short and required very little cutting mostly just shaping. My appointment was at 2:30, I arrived 10 min early, went into the salon, stood there for several minutes, not one person including my stylist Jen, acknowledged I was there. I sat down. My stylist was at the shampoo bowl with another client. Still no acknowledgment from her or anyone, I began to wonder if I was really there, it was like I was invisible! She continued to finish that client and kept me waiting until 3:10 without even a hello! Then when she was a ready not an apology for the wait or anything. That isn't even the worst part. My hair is a mess! After complaining to her about the results of the first visit she offered to have me come back to fix it. Well what she did to "fix" it was do more of what she did the first time, it's awful! She explained it away saying the first visit was a "squeeze appt". There's a bunch more I can say but I'll get to the bill. With the minimum tip (didn't want to be tip shamed) it was $210!!!!!! I was speechless!!! I'd think twice before scheduling with Jen. Horrible experience all the way around.

I tried this place because it's walking distance from my house I needed a new place to get my hair cut and styled. I was expecting someone to spend a decent amount of time on my hair because I have a lot of it and it's in lots of layers but the stylist only spent 10 minutes cutting it. She charged me 45 bucks and I felt like I could've gone to Supercuts instead. When I spoke with her the next day instead of asking if I wanted to come back in or asking for a refund she made it seem like it was my fault. Unfortunately this was pretty disappointing and I won't be going back again.

Would not recommend!! Vanessa was rude and would not work with me to get my hair done because I was 13 minutes late to my appointment! The reason I was late was because Hwy 217 was shut down because a man was trying to jump off the bridge and they had to reroute traffic. I told her I came all the way from Hillsboro and she said she already texted her next client to come in early because she had a no show (which was me). First off my appointment was probably gonna take at least 2 hours and I’ve never had anyone schedule a double appointment while working on my hair, never!! I told her that I wish she couldn’t texted me to ask if I was still coming before she texted her next client and her answer was, “well you could of texted me!” First off this was my first time every going there and it was a referral from a friend. I did not save the phone number in my contacts and could not find the original text thread we had messages on. Had I had the number I would of called. I’ve never felt so dismissed by anyone in the hair business as I did with her! I will not be going back nor will I ever refer anyone to them! Waste of time and gas!!! Thank you for showing me such hospitality and customer service! I will Never forget it!

Suzy did my hair. I wanted a balayage and instead I got streaks. My hair is severely fried and it looks nothing like what I wanted. I knew it wasn’t going to turn out that blonde the first time, but it doesn’t even fade, she bleached it way too high and it’s uneven. On top of that, she was very unprofessional and rude. She tried to put the blame on me as to why my hair didn’t turn out the way I wanted by saying I should have come in a day prior so she could look at it. She was ripping on my hair and she had to ask one of her coworkers what toner to use because I guess after being a hairdresser for 30+ years, she still doesn’t know what she’s doing. Never going back.

Krystina is amazing and I have been seeing her for years now. When I started seeing her, my hair was a hot mess and had been severely abused by myself and numerous store box dyes and color removers. She brought health back to my hair and has even helped me play with color in my hair. She now also sees my aunt, mom and I've brought my daughter to her. I cannot say enough about the ladies at this salon.

I have been a customer for over five years. Krystina has been my stylist since I first started. What I love about the salon and Krystina is the warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, cheerful, as well as professional. What has drawn me as a longtime customer is the environment. If anyone has seen the movies "Barber Shop" and "Beauty Shop" you will understand why this salon has longterm clients. Krystina goes above and beyond what other shops, locally, offer; she genuinely cares about her staff and clients! She becomes a friend that listens and cares for the people in her shop. It's a fun, lively, sometimes boisterous atmosphere that draws and connects people together. If you are looking for a family environment this is the place for you! You get high-end results as well as a community of fun and down-to-earth women.
