“I was with the same insurance company for 8 years and out of curiosity decided to stop by Paul Barton's State Farm office in my neighborhood. I wish I did it earlier! Here a couple of things I was blown away by. First, it's the normal human touch: real conversations with real people, no robotic lines, personal accountability and opportunity to develop longer-term strategy. The ladies at the front desk are super helpful and friendly, insurance agent Kevin is a top notch pro, who helped me to address both the immediate needs and longer term plans. Kevin was on my side, attentive to details, and strategic at the same time. Second thing I was surprised with is the price. The total cost of my policy with the same or higher coverage dropped by 2x! So, I've got better level of service, better coverage and all of that at lower cost! I highly recommend this office!”

He took his afternoon and read through my policies including my GL policy (700 pages of it) with the owner. They were super honest and told me I actually had a great policy and they didn't recommend switching it right now. They also pointed out specifically where I was paying for double coverage and could find some savings by cancelling an extra policy I didn't need. Saved me money and gave very helpful feedback information. Definitely give them a call!”

Jeff was able to find insurance with a company with an A+ rating from Standard and Poors for us. We have auto, home, and umbrella policies, and the total cost for those is now about 55% of of what it would have been if we had stuck with our "big name" company. “I have been a customer of Farmers/Doug Naef for 30+ years, never a claim until July 2024. I had a plumbing issue in an upstairs bathroom that leaked through kitchen ceiling. It was a real mess. As with all insurance companies, the plumbing part was my responsibility, but the construction part (water remediation, drywall, paint, etc) should be covered by homeowners policy. Farmers claims dept. denied our claim. We frantically reached our to Doug at 430pm and by 8am the next morning, Jenna had the claim reopened and to make a long story short, Doug & Jenna got us taken care of. They went to bat for us, they absolutely got this done when it was hopeless. Just great service.”
