I was so appreciative and impressed by a fellow that knew quite a bit about lawn care… even to the point that he knew not to sell me fertilizer with phosphorus (not necessary/reduces nutrient pollution). Very helpful!”

“Amazing customer service today when I called October 4th about pool noodles for my girls hotsprings trip. Everywhere was out at least 6 places I tried and Amazon wouldn'thabe gotten here fast enough. Called and instantly was told nope out of season all gone. I made a desperate FB post asking if anyone had any leads. One lovely lady advised I try Lake Oswego Ace as they have great customer service. I called and was greeted immediately by Rob who said you know we have them put away upstairs for the season but if you hold on I'll see if I can still access them. Rob comes back and says how many do you need. He pulled down 6 for me. Even asked if I had a color preference. I picked them right up and they were waiting for me at the front of the store. It's customer service like this I'll never forget. Going the extra mile. He could have easily told me no but he didn't even for a $30 sale. Stay Golden Rob?”

“My Rolair compressor needed service. Austin Farace, an employee at Portland Compressor, politely greeted me, looked at the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes. That kind of service is RARE and they actually answer the phone.
Bought the compressor from them 15 years back and if I need another I'll definitely go back.

Turns out, the edger I got had a battery defect, but when I went back in Andrew saw us there & was quick to resolve the issue (gave me a new battery). These folks are so knowledgeable about what they do and the customer service is amazing. Had the pleasure of working with Jack and he knew exactly how to help us.
