“I was very warmed by the customer service of Hulbert’s flowers recently. I received hours that were to be delivered to someone else in time of loss and the unnamed company did not provide information to contact the original florist. When I contacted Hulbert’s I was greeted with concern and professionalism and we together tried to figure out who the delivery was from. I contacted the recipient and plan to deliver those myself. In the process, Hulbert’s delivered ME flowers with the thank you and a smile although they were wereNOT the ones who made the mistake. The level of professionalism Hulbert is known for is the reason they are still thriving. My loyalty to Hulbert’s is forever solidified. Thank you Hulbert’s for being part of our community!”

“For two years I've lived and walked by Lily root almost daily but never went in. Today I went in needing a last minute gift and card for my 10-year-old son who's adopted parents had set up a surprise visit. Initially I ordered a personalized 3D picture frame from a national retail chain who messed up and used the wrong customer's photos. The gentleman who helped me at Lilly root was personable , patient , understanding and kind. The first card he suggested had a giraffe on it he thought that might be cool for a 10 year old but I told him I was going to keep looking. 3 minutes later I locked eyes on a reusable water bottle decorated with giraffes and went with his initial suggestion for the card . “Gorgeous arrangements. If you like unique flowers with a something extra flair, this is the place. A dozen roses are pretty, but By the Bunch does art in their arrangements. Something I prefer in my home and in my events. I had another florist ask me if she could take pictures of her bouquets at my wedding, because they were that pretty. “I contacted Mt. Scott flowers to deliver a bouquet for my friend's mom's memorial service. I wanted to use a local flower shop. My friend recieved the flowers and card right on time.. before the service began. It was on a Sunday, too! She contacted me saying she saw them and the bouquet brought her to tears.
