Our family has used the services of this business for 5+ yrs. Primarily professional dress shirts and suits. The prices are reasonable and clothes are ready on time, every time. Not once have we been surprised or disappointed with their work.
Owner is very nice too!

Terrible customer service. Unfriendly and rude. She hid until the store was open. She unlocked and pushed the door open instead of nicely opening the door. I brought my wedding dress to be dry cleaned and preserved. She seemed very annoyed and quoted $40 for the box, $200 for my dress because it was beaded and $15 for my veil. I asked her is it because it's West Linn, that's why the price is so expensive. She lied to me and said that it was the standard. I left the dress with her, went to my car and called a dry cleaners in Gladstone. It's called Bright Cleaner. They're super friendly and 1/2 the price. He answered all my questions very kindly and nicely. I went back into the store, asked nicely for my dress. I said thank you and she didn't say a word. I don't recommend this place. Maybe if the lady was kind and nice, I would have paid the money. But she wasn't. I recommend, Bright Cleaner in Gladstone, OR. Again, half the price and super sweet!

The 2nd time I have used this dry cleaners for an expensive silk blouse and the buttons have broken off. This time I asked the gentleman if this was normal for dry cleaning and he said no but showed little interest in making it right and still charged me for the cleaning. A $300 frame blouse now has broken buttons. I will be going elsewhere based on the lack of care for ruining the buttons on my item.

In my experience, this is a good, reliable neighborhood cleaners. Clothing and laundry never come back with a strong chemical odor. Staff is always friendly and professional.

Advertises same day service on the window and online. Literally has same day service printed on the window. They do not offer same day service.

Took my favorite cashmere sweaters and returned it full oh holes but didn't tell me and I actually wore it before noticing the holes, they blamed it on moths, not very nice or honest.

They have always offered same-day service with no upcharge. They have handled everything from stained neckties to delicate cashmere sweaters to silk comforters. Thanks for all the fantastic work!

I use this place over the last 5 years weekly for my work clothes (suits and business shirts) and they are great! Never a problem, clothes come out great, good price, and staff is always pleasant.

I have used many Different dry cleaners through the years. I must say cascade summit is by far the best! Jane is an absolute doll, She remembers my name every time I go there. My garments are always beautiful. I also have had alterations done there as well, They do such a good job.
