This location has very short window of hours. Even less then bankers hours.The only people it can cater to is the retired, NOT the working man/women.

Michelle Hansen at this branch is fantastic! I called looking for a notary (which they don’t have at this location) but Michelle called around for me and found a location and made an appointment for us to come in at a time that works best for US! I didn’t have to do anything myself and that is the kind of help I look for! Thank you Michelle!

Feeling a stroke family that you are ignoring a court order and on top of that freezing all accounts so they can't pay for bills during an already stressful time is criminal and someone should be losing their job on top of compensation for the emotional damage and stress you are causing this family. I came in to change my last name on my account due to marriage and also add my husband on. We had an appointment with Michelle and she was fantastic. Very professional, personable and confident in what she was doing. I would highly recommend this branch. She made sure we were fully taken care of and we never felt rushed.

I have a personal banker with the name of Angee Cline. She has always been difficult to work with. Now she just ignores emails. When you have somone that thinks they are better than others it's difficult. I still need assistance. Don't use the vice president Angee Cline.

Tired of 2 cancelled appointments. One in West Linn and one in Lake Oswego. Made my 3rd appointment in Wilsonville and finally got into a bank. Please get your branches opened.

They closed it and the only notification was piece of paper taped to the front door! I wish I owned them money! I would say “sorry I’m closed get back to you sometime” unprofessional!
