They were very kind and friendly, the salon is very clean amd well kept, their chairs are very comfortable and provide a very nice massage. They took their time and did a very nice job on our Mani-pedi. 10 out of 10, I recommend Avenue Nails!

This is my favorite place to get my nails done in West Linn. I love that I can show a picture and have it done perfectly. The owner is a very kind sweet lady and the prices are fair.

Yen was so sweet and worked overtime to help me get my nails back into shape. She's an amazing artist and I really enjoyed my time spent in the salon. Great hours of operation, drinks offered and tons of color choices.

I had a horrible experience here a couple days ago. I'm from out of state but visit Oregon frequently as I have a good friend who lives in the Portland area. I'd never gotten my nails done in this state and wanted to get them done before we went out for NYE. I went by myself to Avenue Nails to get a quick manicure while my friend was at work. The manicure had already started and the woman working on my hands had removed most of the gel polish off when I was asked where my nail file was. I said I didn't have one. This is when another woman, who was seemingly the manager, raised her voice at me and started berating me in front of the other customers and working in the store about how under Oregon state law everyone needed to bring their own nail file etc etc. She was very angry with me and embarrassed me in front of everyone else in the salon. I'm a grown adult and so is she, yelling at someone who is from out of state about not knowing the proper code for nail salons is so outrageous. She even went as far as telling me to ask my friend to drive and buy a nail file to bring to the salon, and when I said my friend couldn't since she was working, she claimed I'd have to buy one from her for $15. A customer who was witnessing all of this stepped in and gently explained to me that it's simple protocol here, I could tell she felt bad for the way I was being treated and was trying to calm me down since I felt so uncomfortable and upset about being yelled at over a NAIL FILE. The woman who yelled at me eventually came and took over my manicure and continued to be very short and rude with me, reprimanding me about my nail shape and just being very unnecessarily nasty. As often as I visit the Portland area, I will NEVER come back to this place. This was was overly, disingenuously nice to all the other customers in the store but for some reason took it upon herself to ruin the whole experience for me for seemingly no reason at all except for the fact that I didn't bring a nail file. After being treated so poorly I still tipped even though I felt she 100% did not deserve a dime from me. Again, if you want a genuinely kind person working on your body and giving you a comfortable and caring experience, DO NOT GO HERE.

Although I've been to this salon a handful of times over the years, I've only rediscovered it recently since Yen has taken over ownership, and am so glad I did!The results are high quality andprofessional with attention to detail. No rush job here! The overall vibe is relaxing and the space is extremely clean.I spend half of my time in NYC and Yen's work is above and beyond -any- of the salons I visit in the city.:-)

I showed them a picture of nails I saw on Pinterest and they did them exactly how the picture looked like! Staff are very sweet and the environment is very welcoming. Now my new favorite spot!

Yen the owner of the salon did my nails. We discussed what I was looking for ahead of time and she pleasantly accommodated, gave me some suggestions and gave me the nails of my dreams for my Mexican vacation. She was smiling and chipper and fun to talk to. The salon itself was relaxing and had nice music playing in the background. I felt very comfortable and even decided to stay for a pedicure afterwards. I will definitely be a repeat customer and if anybody is looking for a place that does an excellent job and actually listens to what you’re looking for I would definitely recommend them.
