Had the best experience at Warrenton Kia. I was first greeted by a handsome sales person named Eli. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Hansel and Dave did a great job at showing me the inventory and taking care of me! Definitely recommend to anyone looking by a new or used vehicle!

Worst service department EVER. Go buy a Toyota , Don't waste your time, this is the MOST AWFUL dealership and service department I have ever had to deal with. No more. Waste of time, tried to sell me a car, tried to find something to "fix" instead of the ANTI THEFT software upgrade, which I was told I was "up to date" , but NO. I wasted an entire afternoon just trying to get my car back.

Zero stars. Consistently awful. Crap service department. I love my Soul plus but would never bring it here again. Just went in for a service software update, spent an hour being harangued to buy a new car, offered PEANUTS for my car that I didn't plan on trading in , and then to cap it off, an hour later was told "there is no software update available for the car" regarding its ability to shut off the engine when its being stolen. Umm, could have mentioned that a week ago when I made the appointment. BIG WASTE OF MY TIME. Just drive by. Go to Portland. These guys are truly awful.

I purchased a 2012 Toyota Corolla that I believe had an inoperable horn at the time of purchase. A month into owning the car I tried to use the horn when a driver nearly hit me and nothing happened. The horn was tested multiple times by three other people: a friend and two different mechanics (the first mechanic could not fix it, he said, so I had to go to another mechanic). It never worked. I was told the car went through a five-point safety inspection, so assumed I would be safe driving the car. I did not think to check the horn. A five-point safety inspection is meant to include the horn specifically, as Google searches will reveal. After a huge ordeal to get my horn to work, I reached out to Warrenton Kia because I hold them responsible and expected them to pay for the repairs. They refused to offer anything. They claim that the horn was tested when their mechanic looked it over and it worked. The reason I don't trust them is because the person who sold it to me, Lori (also the person who told me they would not pay anything), claimed also that she did not notice the dents on my car's hood when I purchased the vehicle. These dents were the first thing me and my dad noticed when looking at the car. No discount was offered for the vehicle in light of the obvious body damage. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere to buy your vehicle. If you want a car they are selling, have it looked at by an independent mechanic before purchasing it. I highly suspect this place of being grossly dishonest.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. My widowed mother bought a car from them over 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems with the car. Numerous breakdowns, car being in the shop for over 5 months, trying to over charge her for maintenance, etc. It's been over 2 years and it is still UNSAFE to drive and is requiring more than $1300 in repairs...just to make it safe to drive. Worthless, horrible company. Won't return phone calls. DO NOT go there.

Went and seen Eli today to look at a car, about 2 and 1/2 hrs later we left with a 2020 Landrover! Awesome people at this dealership. We bought our first new cars here 20+ years ago. Moved back to Oregon so we knew the only place to go was Warrenton Kia.

Really need to fix the use car lot. Kinda hard to see when you are trying to leave Freddy's and have to ease out in the middle of the road just to see if you are safe to go

I had new tires installed. Great service, friendly staff. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Overall I had a great experience here. I Highly recommend this place!

I would like to bring to the attention of the owners a couple of concerns, I've experienced the last couple visit at their store. I dislike even having to address the below items. I assure you that our interaction with the dealership over the years has been pleasant despite the below items. Between an item being stolen from our vehicle during a service visit to your senior sales manager (Mauro Granziero) quoting a price then reneging.I understand that there can be miss communication at times. Although my family has been doing business with your dealership for over twelve years purchasing numerous vehicles without ever raising any concerns. I'm disappointed that when we returned to the dealership ready to purchase a vehicle only to be told that the items previously quoted with the purchase would be additional cost. This is disappointing because we where quoted a price and items where remove. I even asked why he was raising his voice during my inquiry about the change/ He pretty much called me stupid for not understanding that those items weren't included. ( Witnessed by my family while on speaker phone)

We were driving by and saw a used Fiat 500 in their lot. My wife happened to be shopping for one so we thought we would take a look. There was a salesman and a young women looking at the car at the time. When we approached the salesperson seem to get agitated and aggressively said "Someone is coming for this car. They are on their way." We informed him we just wanted to take a look. He scurried the young women away. So it was sold right? No. We just drove by a week later to see the car still sitting there for sale. If he hadn't of been so rude and tried to scare us away he might have had a back up sale in case that sale didn't go through. Still hoping for a car. Won't shop at Kia.

Omg I can't say enough good things about Warrenton Kia Roxanne, Alessia, Jim and Mauro are the best. They all went above and beyond to get me the car of my dreams! This is the fourth car purchase with them. I highly recommend them! Only in a small town would u get such spectacular service from beginning to end.
