Rude employees especially the women in the back. Store layout is fine and location is easy to get to. But I won’t return due the rude lady in the back.

I live in Washington but, we make the trip down to Warrenton at least once a month. I’ve always enjoyed going to Tractor Supply anywhere in the country however, your store lacks PERSONALITY. TAB is AWESOME and the tall blonde girl is great as well. My interactions with the men on staff have been less than cordial. They act like we are bothering them. Don’t they understand that without customers you’ll close the doors?!?! We will be back again next month but, I hope you can find some more “Tabs” that want to be of service to the customers. Thank you!!

Usually every time I’m there I really enjoy it and the team members are super helpful. I went for a pet was on May 5th at about 4:30 pm to wash 2 dogs with my mom and about 25 minutes in Jeremy came in and rudely said that we have taken too long and they are actually closed and there’s “lots of people waiting to use it” then left. We of course hurried but it takes some time to dry brush and husky lab. When we did leave the one guy that was waiting seemed like he didn’t mind to wait a bit and noticed that my dog was still damp and asked why I didn’t finish drying him.
Online it doesn’t state when or if the wash closes and I’ve never been told the time limit. I’d assume it would stay open til about an hour before the store closes. Disappointed with the management.

To the employee that can't be a normal human when I come to get propane. It's one thing to ask me not to bring in a propane tank into the store. It's quite another to accuse me of bringing in a bomb. F off pall.

The poor excuse of a manager, Jeremy (about 6ft tall/bald/glasses/terrible looking beard), should be reevaluated for his position in this store. While using your dog baths on April 6th he walks in and accuses us of not paying. I simply tell him to check his cameras before he accuses his customers of stealing. He then tried to say that he had to give 3 customers refunds because we had taken “over one hour” to bath and dry our two dogs. We were In and out of your store in 40 minutes according to our receipt. Maybe there should be some store wide training that teaches Jeremy of your pet bathing policy that states first come first serve with zero time limit. Of course we would’ve been courteous if we would’ve known other people were waiting! Maybe Jeremy should’ve came In and asked us nicely to hurry because we have a waiting list of pups waiting to bath, instead of accusing us of not paying ☺️.

Jeremy is a terrible manage who needs to learn customer service again. Tried to accuse me and my husband of not paying for our dog baths while we were still cleaning our dogs. He abruptly walks in and says “Maybe you’d be done faster if you actually paid and got towels to clean your dogs”. Is this truly who tractor supply allows manage their store? He is supposed to be the reflecting image of professionalism at this business and he is doing an awful job at it.

I drove 25 miles from Long Beach WA to use their self service dog wash. Walked into the store at 6:45 to give me 2 dogs a wash. I was told the self service dog wash was closed cause the employee needed 2 hours to clean and sanitize it. I checked to website and nowhere did it say the dogwash would close early. I asked if the guy would change his mind and let me wash my 2 pups and was told No. Horrible service and now Tractor supply has lost a customer for life.

Love this store! Has everything I need for gardening and pet supply, and I love their pet wash station too!!!
