Spectrum is a shady operation to say the least. I called Spectrum to cancel TV Cable. I waited my turn in line for 43 minutes to speak to a representative. I was on the phone 3 1/2 hours with them. They said I had a business account and they couldn't help me. I don't have a business account. We have a residential account. Finally the 4th person said they would have a supervisor call me (at my demand). One week later no call back. They are making it impossible for us to "cut the cable". I am contacting the BBB and the Attorneys General for Washington.

Oh my gosh - best specialists ever in this store to assist with WiFi/phone services!Worked with Justin and Julie for over 10 hours (5 visits)to get my phone transferred from AT&T. The problem was with AT&T not unlocking my phone to do the transfer. I was completely impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly, patient & professional they were throughout the entire process.Never ever going back to AT&T - ever!

People in the store are great!Spectrum service for internet, absolutely sucks! Cable service sucks!Their customer service line sucks as well, they lie, tell you things that aren't true, then when you try and cancel because you were lied to they make you call a different number! And keep charging you in the mean time. Because you get charged until return their equipment.

Best experience I have ever had in a cellphone store:The manager was kind and patient with my elderly mother even though mom was very angry. She talked mom down and promised the young man, Justin, would fix it. He brought us chairs and spent almost an hour teaching mom how to use her new phone.It was so nice being treated so well even though others were waiting, we were assured that we would be taken care of and so would everyone else. The manager helped people who were waiting while Justin worked on our issues.Thanks again Justin, you made our day!

If I could give this experience a lower review, I would. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing in there. They made such a simple situation into something so time consuming and frustrating. If you need to buy anything from spectrum, just call the customer service line, they are usually so helpful and don't cause problems. Don't go to the store, just go online

The internet is always losing connection. So sad we only have one provider in my area. At least they could reimburse me the time my internet is down, and the time it takes to reload what you were watching. My internet “lost connection” 4 times today. This is not unusual, sometimes I will lose up to 20 times in a day! Tell me again, Why am I paying for a full month of internet when that is not what I get?!

Everyone has to use Spectrum for internet. Pricing is high, people working there are friendly and store is brightly lit. No pressure sales.

Took receiver in for Cable TV to cancel that service. That took an hour just for employee to figure out how to scan back into their system. That would get 3 stars.However, we saw ad for inexpensive cell service. We had one phone with us and other was with person not in store at that time. They REFUSED to give us SIM card for other phone. They REFUSED to send us SIM card in the mail. Did I mention Manager was in back and refused to ever come out to help with over 8 people in lobby.Then their customer service proceeded to disconnect our old service and couldn't figure how to connect Spectrum. 12 hours wasted on phone.Hooked up another mobile service in less than 5 minutes and couldn't be happier. Because you know, you NEED a SIM card to setup service. Not something Spectrum has learned yet.

After over 25 years with DirecTV, I switched to internet TV with You Tube TV, NetFlix and Discovery plus using spectrum internet service. Am enjoying better programing on my schedule. The internet service has been fast and reliable however like all cable companies, they raise prices on a regular basis in $10 increments. When something better comes along, I will change in a heartbeat. Their pricing strategy makes you despise doing business with Spectrum (AKA Charter Cable)

The store says they're open today. Their sign says they're open today. They're not. This is a major issue for me as I need to return equipment. I understand they might be short staffed but then please don't say you're open when you're not. Please change your sign. There were several of us in front of the store that were quite unhappy. Way to go, Spectrum.
