First visit here with my Boston Velma who is 13. Dr. Haase and support staff were amazing. Explained ALL our options and were very sweet with my sweet old girl. Very happy my other vet refused to answer their phone. Karma was on our side today. Thanks Safe Harbor you've earned our respect and business.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. Oceanside in Seaview is FAR better and they actually care and know what they're doing! Plus they charge 1/4 of what you'll pay here for terrible care! No one communicates with you about anything here. They barely examine your pets and they don't communicate the needs or outcomes of anything! They just hand you a bill and send you on your way. Thankfully I got a second opinion and got my baby the procedure he needed in Seaview within 2 weeks!

Amazing! They were so caring and competent with our sick kitty. Highly recommend this vet to anyone. We will definitely be using them for all of our furbabies.

Not very personable. I understand that they are busy. But some effort making me feel like my pet is special is helpful. Kinda high priced.

They are very good. Spendy, but worth it as long as you can afford it.

Do a great job of making sure your pet is healthy and happy ? didn't take long to get Initial appointment, or when a check up is needed. We got our German shepherd about 3 years ago, got her spayed at about 18 months old, was about 800$ with the blood work, too. (That was about a year and a half ago now as well. )Vaccines were less, I think about 225 for the initial appt and shots.Next up our free kitty cat needs neutered, it was about 250 for the initial appt and blood work, about 250 for day of surgery too.Just Wanted to share what prices were for us , I thought it was VERY reasonable given they're very competitive with other rates, when I called around they were actually a little less than others. (Like bayshore) !!!The only place that's less expensive you'll wait all day to be seen, and that's fine too. But I'd rather have an appointment time! All in all a great place for your furbabys to go, highly recommend ? would not go anywhere else!!!

Safe Harbor animal hospital is a top notch veterinary clinic in the Warrenton Seaside area. They really care about your pets (furbabies) they seem to take pride in what they do. I'm glad we found them and will stick with them. Highly recommend them.

First time client, we went in because of a bladder infection. Everyone was so nice and focused on getting the right care for my newfie. After reading other reviews I thought it was gonna cost an arm and a leg but it was extremely reasonable! I'm so grateful for them, the speed and quality of service was everything!! Nick and Christian were to only two names I got. Thank you so much!! Happy to have found this place! We're already on the books to be back. Also, the vet was nothing but smiles! Made the whole experience!

Went here seeking end of life care for our collie. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and understanding.

Been coming here with my dog often and they always do great work. Staff are friendly and professional and follow up on vet visits. For non emergency visits this is the place I would recommend to my friends and family.

I liked how easy it was to get my pet taken care of. Didn’t try and tell me I needed a bunch of stuff my dog did not need. Pricing was fair and service was fast and I didn’t have to wait long. I would definitely recommend

We moved to the area last year and needed a vet for our dogs. We have an old Lab (13) who is prone to seizures. He had been on a medication for 6 years and hadn't had a seizure that entire time. His liver enzymes were high because of it and she wanted to change his medications. He is not doing well and has had two seizures after starting this new medication and came home to find him covered in feces, it was all over the house. I called the office first thing in the morning to try to speak with the vet and found she was in surgery in the morning. I called 3 times that day and asked if I could please speak with her before she left for the day because we needed to do something about his medication. She couldn't be bothered to call me herself which would have been a 5 minute phone call or less before she left for her weekend at 4:00!! I work at a healthcare facility and I stay late almost everyday because we are dealing with patients and she couldn't be bothered to stay a few minutes late to call and help with a scary situation with our old dog! Again, I called and asked 3 times to speak with her! What kind of vet does that or closes that early each day??? She had the front desk call after 4:00 to tell me to UP the dosage of his current medication, which the pharmacy will not renew in time for him to get the dosage he needed over the weekend! She is irresponsible! She doesn't care about anything but money. She doesn't seem to be able to actually make a decision when asked a question, she hems and haws and stammers and you feel like you need to shake her to get it together! We found a new vet who actually cares and cared enough when I left a message that they called me back right away and he was seen immediately! He is now doing so much better and we feel confident with the new vet. They told us to call or text them with anything and they will respond immediately and they DO! Astoria Animal Hospital is amazing!

They have been our vet for 10 years, but now they are in for the money only, it was never like that before but this time we tried to take our cat in on a Thursday because he somehow started to get very sick. Hard to breath and crying but they would not see him until Monday, we had no choice nobody would see our cat until the following week so Monday we took him in and was told to leave him there and they will get to him. We get a call in an hour that our 13 year old cat died! It was too late. Yea thanks you would not help us before it was too late so we had to go get our dead cat and pay $300.00 so we could bring him home and put him in the ground in his yard he loved. The new people are really rude and non-caring.
