Took incredible care of our senior dog (and her owners) during her final hours and made a really difficult situation as comforting as they could make it, most importantly made her comfortable. We appreciate the whole staff for their empathy and care during an urgent matter.

First visit here with my Boston Velma who is 13. Dr. Haase and support staff were amazing. Explained ALL our options and were very sweet with my sweet old girl. Very happy my other vet refused to answer their phone. Karma was on our side today. Thanks Safe Harbor you've earned our respect and business.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. Oceanside in Seaview is FAR better and they actually care and know what they're doing! Plus they charge 1/4 of what you'll pay here for terrible care! No one communicates with you about anything here. They barely examine your pets and they don't communicate the needs or outcomes of anything! They just hand you a bill and send you on your way. Thankfully I got a second opinion and got my baby the procedure he needed in Seaview within 2 weeks!

Amazing! They were so caring and competent with our sick kitty. Highly recommend this vet to anyone. We will definitely be using them for all of our furbabies.

We were on vacation and had to come here. My cat had a paw abscess wound that required staples, it was not infected. They decided to do surgery. I knew they would have to use anesthesia, but the admitting forms did not say they were going to intubate him. I never even thought that would occur over this type of surgery. When we picked up our cat, they had to scramble around to find him in his kennel. No one came out and talked to us about the surgery, they just handed us the check-out documents. Obviously, something happened. According to their doc's it was normal for him to breathe differently, but as it worsened over a 2 week period, and when we got home we rushed him to our vet. His lungs were badly damaged, and we could not save him. He was healthy when we went in, everything was normal per their initial check up before the surgery. I AM NOT BLAMING THEM BECAUSE HE DIED, BUT I AM WARNING YOU TO ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU ALLOW THEM TO USE ANESTHESIA ON YOUR CAT. 68% of older cats die when they do this. I WOULD HAVE NEVER PERMITTED THIS PROCEDURE. Toby's surgery was Sept 21, we had to put him to sleep Oct 16th. I can not even begin to tell you how incredibly much we miss him and how broken hearted I am. I had a normal, fun, kind and loving companion, he trusted me with his care and his life, the guilt I feel is unimaginable, and this I will have to live with for the rest of my life!

Not very personable. I understand that they are busy. But some effort making me feel like my pet is special is helpful. Kinda high priced.

They are very good. Spendy, but worth it as long as you can afford it.

Do a great job of making sure your pet is healthy and happy ? didn't take long to get Initial appointment, or when a check up is needed. We got our German shepherd about 3 years ago, got her spayed at about 18 months old, was about 800$ with the blood work, too. (That was about a year and a half ago now as well. )Vaccines were less, I think about 225 for the initial appt and shots.Next up our free kitty cat needs neutered, it was about 250 for the initial appt and blood work, about 250 for day of surgery too.Just Wanted to share what prices were for us , I thought it was VERY reasonable given they're very competitive with other rates, when I called around they were actually a little less than others. (Like bayshore) !!!The only place that's less expensive you'll wait all day to be seen, and that's fine too. But I'd rather have an appointment time! All in all a great place for your furbabys to go, highly recommend ? would not go anywhere else!!!

Safe Harbor animal hospital is a top notch veterinary clinic in the Warrenton Seaside area. They really care about your pets (furbabies) they seem to take pride in what they do. I'm glad we found them and will stick with them. Highly recommend them.

First time client, we went in because of a bladder infection. Everyone was so nice and focused on getting the right care for my newfie. After reading other reviews I thought it was gonna cost an arm and a leg but it was extremely reasonable! I'm so grateful for them, the speed and quality of service was everything!! Nick and Christian were to only two names I got. Thank you so much!! Happy to have found this place! We're already on the books to be back. Also, the vet was nothing but smiles! Made the whole experience!
