“I love this place.After we noticed that our check engine light was on and also noticed the smell of burning oil, we pulled into this Fast Lube in order to check out the car. Before we had been parked for 10 seconds, a friendly attendant came up to our car and asked us if we needed anything. I told him I just had to take a look at the engine because we smelled burning oil and our check engine light went on. The attendant asked if we needed a towel, and said he could run a diagnostic for us for free.A few minutes later, after I had the hood open, he came back to see if we needed anything. I had spotted some oil on the engine, and I pointed at out, and with my encyclopedic knowledge of cars duly noted, "It's leaking there." The attendant said, "What's this, a 2004? My coworker has the same car. He had the same problem." He then proceeded to tell us how to get it fixed, about how much it would cost, told us we would be safe to drive home, and didn't charge us a thing. I wanted to hug the guy.Even the shop towel that we got was high quality. No paper towel: a real, sturdy, shop towel. Thick. I still have it! 10 stars!”
