My boyfriend had a ring designed and made for me a couple years ago that I love by GB Jewelers. When my mom gave me her wedding set I decided to have some earrings made with some of the stones that would compliment my ring. GB Jewelers was amazing in designing me something that I would love, that I can wear on a regular basis, and encompassed aspects of my ring. Thank you so much!! You all are so wonderful to work with!!

these people are lifesavers. my fiance and i had been talking about getting engaged and i made the very smart decision to size my own finger at home. flash forward to the proposal, my fiance bought the ring online and it turns out the ring was a whopping 5 SIZES bigger than my actual size. i knew it was a mistake obviously but i didn't realize how difficult it is to size a ring down by that much and the risk you take by doing so. there was no return policy on the ring.
fortunately for us, we called gb jewelers and jim & tim were able to fit us in the same day. i was literally in hysterics but they were able to bring the ring down to my size in 2 hours, and they even cleaned it for us so it looked even more beautiful. they were so nice and kind and patient even when i was upset. the ladies who worked there were also so nice and kind, and we felt like we learned a lot while we were there. not to mention that their selection of jewelry was absolutely beautiful; i would definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for an engagement ring or any other jewerly. they are not looking to upsell or get you to spend more money than you need to, they genuinely care and want to help make these special moments even more special.

Great experience! I had a sentimental piece of costume jewelry that's only valuable to me but needed repaired. Fred Meyer wanted more than the piece was worth for just a loop. GB replaced it for free. Fast excellent service!

On Friday, February 16, 2024 I brought in a ring to be sized. The ring was 56 years old and was a custom piece more than a half century ago. Jim looked at the item determined a less expensive method to size the ring. Unknown to me, upon very close observation, he discovered the original texture of the ring surface. The texture wore off decades ago, yet GB Jewelers recreated the original face pattern. This store takes pride in their work, is staffed by experienced craftsmen and go the extra mile to please a customer. When I picked up the resized ring I could not believe how smoothly it fit over my enlarged knuckles. Jim simply smiled and stated he added the "comfort fit" finish to insure easy on-and-off over my knuckle. This is the level of customer service you can expect at GB. I was an accidental walk-in, first time client. Now, GB is my destination jeweler. If you want to feel like the most important person that has ever entered a store, go to GB and you won't be disappointed.

For over 40 years GB Jewelers has been my Jeweler. From custom designs to service they are the best.
I recently had a repair done on a chain and pendent that was purchased from them over 38 years ago and they did a remarkable job on the repair.
They are kind and friendly every time I come in. They have the finest quality of products hands down. They are incredibly knowledgeable. And the selection is amazing. They truly appreciate and value everyone that walks through their door.
If you dont see what your seeking dont hesitate to ask...chances are they can get it for you. And if they cant get it they can most likely make it for you.
GB Jewelers is the example of quality and service and we are so fortunate to have them here in our little corner of the world.

We always have a pleasant experience. Recently I brought one of my mother's pendants that needed fixing. It was fixed within minutes and free of charge. Thank you, it was a wonderful, unexpected surprise and it is greatly appreciated!!

I HIGHLY recommend GB Jewelers! My wife had a family heirloom ring that had lost the rather large center opal 20 years ago. But when I decided to replace the stone for her birthday I was turned away from 4 other jewelers who either didn't want to handle the job or said it would take a month or more. GB Jewelers was not only able to provide an opal that matched the pre-WWII era ring setting almost perfectly, but also did an EXCELLENT job of cleaning away years of neglect. Even more impressive was that they were able to do it in under 2 weeks before her birthday and at a very reasonable cost! They clearly know what they are doing and care about their customers!

I have been shopping with these great people for three years and always been pleased with the quality of customer service and the quality of their product. I had a necklace that other Jewler’s said could not be fixed. I said I would just go ahead and ask the Jewler here. Twenty minutes later, my necklace was fixed and have had no problems with it since then. The years of experience with the Jewler’s are amazing. I will not go to anyone else.

My fiancé purchased an engagement ring from a Jewler in Astoria OR. They had to resize for her and when she got it back. it was terrible. they gave her a line of garbage bout how they could not make it round ( it was oval and looked terrible ). she was almost in tears. I told her we needed to have my Jewler at GB look at it. we went to GB and I spoke with Carla. she took it to the Jewler and half an hour later it was perfect. years of experience definitely pays off. my now wife was ecstatic hence I am very happy. I have done business with this Jewler for three years and the customer service and product are always top notch. my wife is now a new happy client.
