Needed some diesel so I drove by and noticed Bob wasn't working and proceeded to pull up to pump (backwards). All the 'left fill' lanes were 4 or 5 deep with waiting vehicles - all the 'right fill' lanes were completely empty. I chose an empty lane, was approached by the nicest young man, named Logan I believe. Geeeeeze - what a difference in customer service aptitude. He made sure I was squared away on the pump and had the fluid flowing. He was joined momentarily by another attendant with a beard and a fur collared jacket who was equally as polite as Logan. Holy cow Freddy's management - those 2 could teach customer service to the rest of your gas employees. I've lived here for close tp 20 years and avoid those pumps because of the attitude of gas pump employees in the past. I may have to reconsider in the future. Oh, it took 15 minutes to get 20 gallons of diesel whichnis why I gave a 3 star rating. Customer service was an unexpected10!

We thought we had to pump it ourselves but the attendant saw we were having problems and came over and helped us!

The law says 50% of pumps are supposed to still be attendant service. I was there today around noon and it was 100% self serve. Shame on you.

Second lowest prices in the area, regular is maybe about 6 cents more expensive than Costco. However, UNLIKE Costco your only option is not to fill up your tank with a card. You can pay cash or card, and if you go to the booth at the center of the station you can prepay a set amount. So, if you just want $35 instead of a fill you can go to the booth, pay for $35 on your pump and then fill up with that. That's especially nice for people who use debit cards, since when you do a fill it usually places a $125 pre-authorization hold on your card, which some banks release immediately and some take a few days to release. So, for people who use debit cards this is big. Costco down the road is a little less expensive but you'll have that pre-authorization hold mentioned, which may not be worth it for some. Especially if you're not trying to fill your tank but just put some fuel in it to get you down the road. The employees are quite helpful when I was there the last few times. I would have no issues coming here again.

Great gas prices

The lines are a bit long, and there are always weird people doing weird things of course, but the gas prices are good. My car runs fine on all grades of their fuel. Occasionally, I add a bottle of Techron to my tank before I fill it, as recommended by my mechanic, to keep my fuel system clean, especially the injectors. The interface on the pumps is slow and clunky, and complicated, but once you learn it, it's a breeze. It's flexible, allowing you to choose from using customer number or not, you can swipe that in by card or type it in, then you can take the stock everyday discount, and you can also choose to use your points discount from the current month, or the prior month, you can choose to use some or all of that points discount, you can set a certain gallon or dollar amount you want to purchase, or choose to just fill your tank, choose whether or not to get a printed receipt, and much more. They usually have a decent amount of Fairly clean windshield washing detergent solution, along with scrubbers and squeegees you can use. I think there are paper shop towels, and I know there are trash cans. They also have air for tires, it's not on the pump island, it's elsewhere, and I'm not sure if you have to pay for it, I'm blessed with tires that don't lose air, and when I do need air, I default to using Les Schwab, that takes care of it for free without even needing to get out of the car, as long as they're open, and you purchased your tires from them.

Only problem is you are supposed to pump your own gas after. There is usually someone there to help if you need it

Love the money off per gallon. I think the last was 50c off per gallon and they are generally some of the cheapest in town.

Great prices for gas plus rewards points. Always a line with impatient people only out for themselves, cutting in line like savages. ?

Nice place, but they went all self serve at the fuel center and made no accommodations for the elderly and disabled who can't lug that heavy hose around and squeeze the handle while the tank is filling up.I talked to an employee who said just ask for help. But I didn't see anyone to ask.Eventually a customer came up to my car and said, " These are all marked self serve now. You'll have to move your car. So I did. "The next time I tried, an elderly employee came by and I waved him down. He said he couldn't handle the hose because his shoulder was bad, but he'd tell me how to do it. Between the two of us we finally got the hose in position and the nozzle in. With my arthritis it was hard to hold the lever down to keep the gas flowing. They should have a pump marked full service or assisted service for disabled drivers. The law says that stores must be handicap accessible.
