They drive too fast and tailgate in wet and foggy weather. They never seem to have any concerns for safety and the well being of others. 5:57 pm 11/23, 2021. East bound on Highway 26 from Seaside, OR. I would fire them in a heartbeat. Two trucks.

Our return was to "big" as they have insufficient storage for packages. So we had to find another drop off location. Just another BIG FAIL for FedEx. And I had to carry the package half way through the store to find this out. Not very senior friendly.

They delivered someone else's package to my house and when I tried to call them all I got was robots. Asking for order number I didn't have because it wasn't my order. I finally just looked up the address and delivered it myself?

Had an Xmas overnight package sit at their facility for days. Which due to inclement weather, I get it. However, no updates to the tracking information whatsoever. I called FedEx and they tell me they are not allowed to call the Astoria station and they were sorry they couldn’t tell me where my overnight package was. She tells that she opened up a ticket to investigate and that I would get a call within 24 hours. Never got the call and as of today, 5 days after it shipped, I still have no updates and the package that I paid overnight shipping for is still incognito. What I find so hilarious is that the FedEx customer service said it wasn’t lost. But so far, no package, no updates. I think it’s totally lost but FedEx is not willing to admit it and they just want to drag this out.

Unbelievable, will never use fed ex again. They took my prepaid 2 day box and it sat there for 7 days. They finally informed me this location does not ship boxes out, only holds them for pickup and I would need to drive 3 hours to a shipment center. Issue still not resolved after 2 hours and two customer service reps who don’t seem to speak English clearly or know what they are doing. Asked for a supervisor, they transferred me and then disconnected me.

Package was supposed to be here by 430. It is now almost 8 pm, it is still not here though it says that a delivery attempt was made...not true. This is a consistent problem. From now on, I will only purchase items from places who use UPS or USPS.

Never received package. Had tracking number and I had a day it would be delivered and then the tracking number disappeared and said, "No Information". How can this be? Cant talk to a human. Gonna throw rocks at the van next time I see it. Underhand of coarse but Im gonna wind up.

One of your Fedex drivers is delivering packages to wrong address here in Naselle. I don't know if the driver is lazy or what. Many people are NOT returing the packages they are keeping them.
