WASTE OF 2 HOURS! I have to agree with the review I just read - what is the point of Costco taking appointments when I literally had to wait 2 hours for one of their service technicians to call me and tell me that my tire could not be repaired. Mind you, if Costco has a rule about "Not being able to repair a tire if any prior modifications or work has been done to the tire" ie: my husband put a plug in the tire so I could safely drive it across the bridge to get to the tire center. If these are terms for a tire to not be suitable to get worked on from the Costco tire center don't you think this should be one of the first questions you ask a customer when they are dropping their vehicle off? Had someone asked me this in the very beginning I could have easily explained that there was a plug that was put in the tire, they could have turned me away and I could have not WASTED 2 HOURS of my day. Also may I add that when the tire technician called me and explained this to me I asked him what it would cost to buy a new tire from them - his response "we don't have the particular tire in stock but I could sell you 4 brand new tires" I was completely beside myself especially since our truck is not even a year old! Are you kidding me??? I have loved Costco thus far but today was such a waste of time. In the future Costco - don't offer appointments if the wait time is going to be 2 hours, just make a first come first serve so we the customer know what to expect. Secondly provide the necessary information upfront so that we can determine if our vehicle will meet your requirements for a repair! Thank you Costco Warrenton for a waste of a day!!!! Not impressed at all!!!!

The tire center won't even answer the phone when you call.

Not sure why you take appointments? This is the second time it took over 2 hours to rotate tires. This time I was told it was because of walk ins. Turn the walk ins away and ask them to make an appointment. I will take a hard look at where I buy tires next time. Your scheduling system and customer service is broken. Good luck!

This Costco pharmacy stinks. The regular older gal at the counter is the only redeeming factor and she's not a reason for me to deal with them. The rest of the people are rude, including the rude pharmacist. He has no personality and is just ick! 90% of the time they don't have what you need and it's on "shipment for tomorrow". Well. I need it now! The young gal today was rude, personality bland and just plain awful. If you don't want to work customer service then don't apply for a counter job!! I'm so angry, I will never go there again. Shame on Costco for such a lousy service. If I could give it zero stars, I would. A big F minus!

Disappointing...on 9/10 Costco was selling quarts of fresh bay shrimp that were sitting out with small print stating "best before 9/10 date". It didn't even appear to be marked down. Tasted that day like it wasn't good anymore ick. Pretty sure there was another seafood item with the same best before date. Yes I realize that "best before" isn't an expiration date. But seriously I expect fresher food & better QC from Costco. I haven't ever seen this at other Costco stores over the years. Also the IVAR's Clam Chowder soup is the worst chowder we've ever had. It's a super thick white gooey tasteless soup. I didn't taste any clam flavor maybe a little potato and onion. The tiny apparently clam rubbery bits were tasteless. Any canned soup would probably taste much better. I tried to leave a review on it but it wasn't listed as a product on the Costco website.Disappointed as we thought IVAR's as a Seattle restaurant landmark would have pretty good soup. Raise the quality and price or remove it from production.

Not crazy busy like other Costcos I have been too. Well stocked and saw some items that are not at our normal Costco. Staff were courteous. Clean and well run like rest of Costcos. Keep it up people.

Wow. There were extra parking spaces and it was NOT crowded on a weekend around 1pm. I am impressed! The lady folding the clothes also didn't cop an attitude when I asked about sizing and trying on a cardigan. She even pointed out where the narrow mirrors were on the beams. The cashier was friendly. I was also super impressed when the sample lady asked "where are your parents? do you have allergies?"

I was vacationing on the Oregon coast when I blew a tire Saturday evening. Costco Tire Service Center was the only one open on Sunday. Called them and spoke to Jose. They had the tires I needed and even though I was a walk in they still were able to get me in and done in a timely manner. Very happy and impressed with the level of service with Jose and his crew. They were very busy, but still were able to get me in and out quick. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service! I will definitely use Costco for my future tire needs!

Warrenton Oregon Costco in the past offered a Alfredo Chicken Noodle in a aluminum tray and it was very good. Now for sometime there is little or no Alfredo and the chicken is in large dry chucks, huge. Before in the past the chicken was cut small and wasn't so large that when cooked in the over didn't dry out and be tasteless as the Alfredo being so little can't marinate the chicken at all with the reduced amount of Alfredo sauce. The pizza's in the freezer section keep getting smaller and smaller, not worth the price as you can get a large at Papa Murphy's for $10 or at Wal Mart for about $7 to $8. Come on Costco you are getting to greedy and will in the end lose you customers!

They hired a Karen brigade to harass you about seeing your receipts. First, you get stalled at the first register as they eyeball all of your items over your shoulder, then they rush up on you saying "oh, let me check that right now for you, sir", practically grab it out of your hand. Then at the exit you're greeted by two more Karen's reaching out for your receipt and glaring at your cart. I understand checking your receipt at the door but checking it twice rudely is offensive. Get a grip. Just because you are semi-retired and bored doesn't give you the right to treat this job like it's the most important thing you've ever done in your life. Also, the pricing on everything isn't any cheaper than anywhere else, you just get bigger packages. That's it.

Generally I like Costco. Unfortunately I showed up to pick up my prescription on a Sunday and the pharmacy was closed. I went back today and despite having seen my doctor on Thursday they didn't have my prescription ready. So my next visit will be my third visit to hopefully get my prescription. Grrr! Kind of frustrating.
