I have come here on several occasions for help with everything from phone shopping to phone tech questions. I have always had my questions answered and needs met. Even when they couldn't directly help with the problem they helped out as much as they could. I recommend their service.

Be cautious of their phone upgrade offers! We upgraded one of our phones 4 months ago and AT&T has STILL NOT applied our promo credit and tells us to wait 2 more months. The agreement was 2-3 billing cycles. We are returning the phone and taking our business to another carrier after 17 years with AT&T.

Trask (love his name) has been very helpful! My son and I finally went our separate ways on a joint phone plan. Trask took the time needed to explain everything clearly, however, I am a child of the 70's and most of it went over my head. But I am confident both my son and I got the plans we needed and wanted. Thank you, Trask, for great service!

I got a phone plan and got a phone for my niece. I asked about parental control and issue, and they said we could get the app. After my niece moved out I took the phone in and they won't unlock my device. I pay every month now for a phone I can't use. They suggested I lose or break it and pay the insurance deductible. Great customer service/sarcasm.. I'll be switching to t-mobile or Verizon the first chance I get to buy out my contract.

Sage was amazing!! My cell bill went up from the month before. Sage was able to find the problem (AT & T billing error) and assist in calling into the mother ship. All of this was done with the utmost professionalism as I was starting to melt down from frustration. I’m tempted to drive to the beach for my next I phone. The experience was THAT good! Thanks again Sage!! You rock!!

I went to the Warrenton store after my phone was stolen. Trask and Tami were mermazing. They were very patient. It took several hours for Tami to transfer all the data and my photos ??♀️?

Tried to return a $20 item that I purchased 3 weeks ago as I was misled by salesperson that it was something I needed. Manager didn’t have the courtesy to even look up and address me and instead sat with his back turned even though I was the only customer there. They were so eager to sell me a new phone but they don’t care about delivering any semblance of service. I can’t wait to switch to a different carrier where they might appreciate what professional and friendly service looks like and their not so desperate for $20!!

I purchased a $20 item when I upgraded my phone but determined I didn't need it so I stopped by the store today with my receipt to return it. The manager didn't bother to get up from his chair and instead sat with his back to me and shared that they have a 2-week return policy. The issue for me was the lack of service and respect shown by a member of the management team. They were all so keen in selling me a new phone but now that I'm stuck with them as a carrier they don't seem to care at all. Perhaps a customer service retraining workshop for the manager?

In the thirteen years that I've been with AT&T, I am not sure that I could say that I have particularly enjoyed having to go to one of their locations to resolve an issue--until now! I was greeted right away by two wonderful women who spent about an hour with me helping add a phone to my line, pick out the phone and accessories, and ensuring that I got the phone number that I wanted (I'm a little picky when it comes to having a good phone number). Not only was it an effortless process, it was fun. Thank you Jadelynn and Tami for your help. You were both amazing!
