I was stuck on the side of a very desolate 2 lane hwy which was 24 miles away from ANYTHING as it was getting VERY dark... With my toddler as my back up ?AAA came through as always. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful as was the tow truck driver.I almost put 4 stars because the time for the tow truck to arrive was twice as long as I was told it would be, but again I was in the middle of nowhere...

The AAA use to be very good. Now it's become a hassle to use. We needed a jump start on our RV as we have AAA+RV. Took over a hour to even get something done who ever answers don't know how to do their job. No wonder people don't like to recommend them. AAA just don't have good customer service anymore

I called for emergency roadside assistance at 5:52pm. I had a blowout flat and needed to get to tire shop by 7pm. Woman took my info and said that she was going to request an ASAP assist. At 6:42pm, I called for an ETA. Another woman told me that they just needed to release the driver and he'd be there soon. Again, I waited. At 19:38, I called again. No ETA this time. I cancelled the request and called Subaru Roadside Assist (which I should have done in the first place). Not only did Subaru call me back within minutes, the tow truck guy calls me back to make sure I am safe, have water and gives me updates. They are towing me to the nearest Subaru dealer 75 miles away for FREE. YOU SUCK AAA! BTW MY AAA assist number was 11464 so you know this is a legitimate complaint. I won't be renewing.

My nephew broke down and we called AAA. A wrecker showed up and loaded their vehicles on a flatbed and hauled it where we could have it repaired. All this on a Sunday evening and at a reasonable price. The tow technition was super thoughtful and courteous.

I used to think they were great but I got into an accident and called to get pulled out of the ditch but only to get a call back that basically just told me that they were not coming to get me and I was in the middle of nowhere and felt they told me I was just stuck out there to die
