Just what l need to keep muscle fittness, stop weight gain and most of all make new friends. Being fairly new to the area it is a great way to meet people.

Great small town gym. Friendly, well equipped, and plenty of assistance if you need. Weekly aerobics and circuit training if you are so inclined.
