Every week there will be a day of service cutting out every 10 min. powercycle the equipment, restart, cutout 10 min later. not a local company so it's difficult to receive timely customer service. very frustrating. I may be switching to another provider soon.

I've had astound/wave for over a year. From the beginning the service has cut out regularly. I mean it will be fine for a week then cut out every 20 min for a whole day. If they fix the consistency with their service it will be good stuff but can't recommend until then.

They claim you pay $25 per month for the first 12 months, all lies. Never was billed $25. Now it's $66.98, more then double.
