When the mail person delivers packages to Apts. He often forgets to put the key to the package box in your mailbox. It’s very frustrating, especially on the weekend when you can’t get a hold of anyone in the office.

I needed insurance for a package, and they tried to say it would be $100. I took the same item to UPS and they charged me only $2.50 insurance for the same package. Just saying it’s kind of a rip off for small business owners selling product online.

Excellent services, friendly staff, always ontime. The best USPS office on the west side of Portland. All the staff from mail distributors to the guys at the office are super friendly and helpful just like all Vernonians. This city has the best people in Oregon state. Totally recommend this USPS office to everyone.
