Went in the bank, I'm the only customer in the bank. 5 women behind the counter, one says, I'll be right with you. It's 3:30pm, I'm the only customer remember. 5 minutes later, nothing. A few more minutes, still nothing. I'm standing in the middle of the waiting area. Still nothing.i want to make a $1,000 deposit. So I say, I'll go out in the rain to the ATM. Nobody even looks up. Worst experience I've ever had.I don't think they care if you bank there or not. I really think they'd prefer you didn't.

Incredibly quick service with attentive employees! Even with lines of people they got through everyone efficiently. I’m very impressed.

The clerks have been working so hard at trying to keep open during sickness and shortage of staff. I just wish that when a major sickness or staff shortages that the other banks would send someone our every day until the shortage and sickness has passed.

Outstanding "local" bank. Was a little concerned when Siuslaw Bank was taken over by Banner (these mergers are often not good for existing customers), but 2 years out and no problems... Bonnie at the Veneta branch is a gem... a wealth of knowlwdge and experience, and always helpful. Banner offered a line of credit at terms that no other bank or credit union in greater Eugene area could come close to matching... ourstanding
