I love the person who works there because she is very kind, but I don't like the staff at the Hermiston post office because the man who works there is not friendly, that's why my opinion is for the Umatilla post office because they don't discriminate

You get great customer service when you go in. But no one EVER answers the phone, and to file a complaint on my new mail carrier has gone to deaf ears.

Never had a bad experience at our local post office. Everyone there is welcoming and more than helpful!
