The delivery driver dumped my items not once (into the parking lot)......but twice (into the street). Now they are refusing to reimburse me for the full value of the damaged items. This definately does not feel like Diamond Line type service. Zero Stars

Did not have a dolly to deliver a large appliance. Does not deliver large appliances into a house! I had to help get appliance over the sidewalk hump as there was only one individual delivering appliance. The alliance almost landed on a couple vehicles parked nearby without my help.

They had a big delivery for me and I had a small window for delivery.. They made sure to get it to me 1st thing in the morning. The driver was very nice, professional and courteous. Hope they get lots of business.
