Diamond Line did a great job navigating our narrow road and delivering my 5'x10' box using just their lift gate, since I didn't have a forklift. They got it on the ground without damaging the contents, which is great. Thank you for providing friendly and helpful service!

1000% damaged tire marks on boxes they drove over the shipment... that said it could have been RSL but....diamond shouldn't have accepted if it was on them shame

The delivery driver dumped my items not once (into the parking lot)......but twice (into the street). Now they are refusing to reimburse me for the full value of the damaged items. This definately does not feel like Diamond Line type service. Zero Stars
