“Dennis knows his part numbers. This place has the part you’re looking for. We broke down in Pasco and limped our Freightliner to Hermiston cause this yard is there. Found me a local shop to to R&R the drive line and front diff. Dennis had it, and we had the tech. We were in and out in the same day. Didn’t even call the broker to tell him we were broke down. “My vehicle is pre-owned & I am having it fixed, to be road/ off-road ready.
I had a constant alarm alerting of a problem w/ the vehicle.
I requested a tune-up expecting that it would resolve the issue.
I was called by Dukes and told my parking brake needed to be manually lifted to completely disengage, which is why it was alerting me of the issue. I was then told a tune-up wasn't going to fix the issue. With this information & how many miles are on the engine I decided to not move forward w/ the tune-up.
Dukes didn't charge me as well as not servicing my vehicle (second vehicle), for no reason.
I WILL be bringing my vehicles back to Dukes and I strongly recommend Dukes if you are looking for a Solid, Honest & Reputable mechanic!”
