“Really nice folks. I have just moved to town and there were some confusion about whether I could have a mailbox in front of my house or not. Although I didn’t get the answer I wanted i was treated very respectfully by all of the staff. They are friendly, courteous and helpful. I do like small town customer service and over all vibe. It’s a good place to do business.”

“I can’t think of a better place to pick up my mail for my business. This place has a cool vibe and very helpful people. If you’re tired of your old boring USPS office, this is the place to go.”

“Not Post Office, a mail contractor for a bunch of shipping services. Doesn't process passports, doesn't sell money orders. Other than that it's the same: long lines and people with a lot of time on their hands.”

“The service here is really good! They were able to help me ship off my package in an incredibly short amount of time. There was no hassle at all and I was very pleased with how easy it was”

“This is my favorite post office in Salem. The people who work here are very kind and helpful, and they aren’t super strict with how i packaged my item and stuff. Other post offices will constantly nag me about how big or small the envelope is or whatever. They don’t do that to me here. They actually ship the item without any problems.”

“I stopped in today to drop off packages It's the same friendly Post Office that I frequented when I worked downtown a few blocks away. It's not crowded and they recognize regular customers which is part of its charm.”

“I called this Post Office from Florida about a Tracking that the seller mis-addressed..and Kim was AMAZING!!! She went to see if the package was still there even though it was processed the day before...She found it and made sure our package was coming to Us! She went above and BEYOND-thank You!”

“A bit confusing with many of the USPS here being in 97301 zip code... I'm new to this state and city. I had difficulty finding the correct main office. Troy was helpful in the passport area. In fact, all of the postal workers were helpful. I don't have much experience with mail so far here, but I do have a tendency to update my reviews accordingly, when necessary.”

“I had some trouble trying to locate my package I contacted corporate and quickly received a call from Nate. He informed me it hadn't arrived at his location yet. He also offered some suggestions for the next place to look. 2 days after my original call I received another phone call from Nate he made me aware it was out for delivery that day! The follow-up call was way above and beyond what I expected. Very thankful for the assistance throughout the process and attention to detail!!!”

“This location is top tier. The parking is easy to get in and out of, the inside is spacious. Though, the best part is the staff. Very helpful people who don’t make you feel dumb if you are clueless about something and are thorough with instruction. I also witnessed an employee kindly assisting an elderly person who accidentally locked her keys in her car. Most people would say tough luck these days.”

“Listen, when packages end up here it’s normally cause there was a problem with delivery. Our mail box was broken into and took months to replace, I have been here many times to retrieve mail and packages. Yes, it feels a little unwelcoming there but legally they have to keep that door closed unless someone is actively helping a customer. And every single individual that has worked that window for me has been LOVELY. The people here cannot help most of the shipping logistical issues.”
