Yesterday afternoon the gas attendant was really rude to us. I said hello and he didn't acknowledge. When my gas was done pumping he put the cap back on and closed the door and didn't say a word. Never asked if we wanted a receipt or said there you guys go. He is always this way and not sure why.

Service has gone down and prices are more then Salem stations. Seems like they care more about prices then in the beginning. There Used to be staff that would be friendly and helpful, not the case lately. Not the Co-op they used to be.

Very rude attendant. Was very inconvenienced he had to stop smoking a cigarette to do his job. Literally did not say a single word to me the entire transaction. I miss the really nice guy.

My wife and I came in to get gas 10/28 at 6:40. There was a guy very upset working in the office. Walking to my truck shaking his head angrily. I said hi how are you and nothing. I said 40 regular and took my card aggressively. He gave it back to me the same way. He went back into the office very quickly and upset. He came back to take take the fuel pump out. I told him to keep his receipt. Nothing was said on his part but was very rude unprofessional and he needs to go! I would not ever have an employee work for me with that kind of attitude or behavior. Ridiculous!

Pulled in to grab some DEF, guy came out and asked me what i needed. As i was telling him a car came up. He proceeded to help them, then the next car which he talked to for a minute until the first car was done fueling. I finally got in my car and drove away. If you can pump your own fuel this place is fine. If you're looking for customer service, avoid this place at all cost.

Pulled in tonight at 6:49, attendant through his hands up in the air like I inconvenienced him. Drove to space age instead. Maybe he’s overworked with no help, but not a great look for a local frequent customer.

Says closes at 8 pm but got here at 7pm guy said sorry we're closed. He was filling up somebody else and lights were still on..

May 2, 3:35 p.m. young man pumped my gas. I left for work and noticed he didn't pump cash amount I paid for. Course he didn't give me a reciept.So by my gauge he shorted me about$ 10.00. I was a regular customer, and I will be letting people know.

PC Energy. A customer left the gas station without paying $75.00 and the ***** charges the employees for the *** THAT WAS STOLEN. NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT!! THATS WHAT INSURANCE IS FOR!!! Filing a complaint with BOLI as well!!! I hope the ***** gets in trouble for his greedy ways!!
