“I am in the process of freshening my landscape to sell my home. I decided to order gravel and bark at the last minute. Bark Boys not only delivered to me within the two hour window I gave them, but made great suggestion on a better product which cost less than what I had originally planned. And the customer service person I worked with wished me good luck on my home sale! The delivery person was most accommodating in the awkward spot I had for him to put the material. Super friendly and professional as well. Awesome company and highly recommend them for your landscaping material needs!”
“I absolutely love TGN&B! Their staff is a wealth of knowledge and egar to assist. They always go the extra mile. I am obsessed with the houseplant section. They already know when they see me coming that's where I am heading. And thank you for all your tips and suggestions to keeping my plant babies happy and healthy.”
“My leaf blower of forever finally retired late on a Thursday in the middle of a clean up. I had my eyes on a Stihl BR 800, and a good buddy recommended State Street Saw. I hustled down the to make it before they closed (hate doing that), but Grace and Nick were super friendly and eager to get me set up. Grace was incredibly efficient at getting the transaction handled while Nick ran me through the ins and outs of the new machine, which came with a full tank. Radtastic experience and will be shopping here from now on! Oh, this new leaf blower is fantabulous! Thanks State Street Saw!”

“We usually go to Home Depot off Lancaster but a few days ago we decided to go to the Cherry Ave location. Upon walking in, we noticed two male employees by the customer service area. A young male & an older, heavy set guy with wavy hair. They were talking, then the older guy chuckled to the other employee probably because he heard we were lost & then he scattered. Elliot though, that guy was super accommodating! Not only did he cut our lumber but led us to a couple different aisles for other stuff.”
“This store lack the friendly atmosphere that the other depo has. These folks are more "stand-offish" . They kinda look at me like they think I'm going to steal something or something. I don't like going here ....., except for the garden department, they are super friendly and the atmosphere is very good.”
“I was in Salem Oregon in June and had the pleasure of going into your store and receiving excellent customer service. Kenny Powell assisted us with a bathroom countertop when it was missing parts, he went beyond my expectations to solve the problem. The paint staff, and check out folks were very friendly and helpful. Since we were out of town and working on a house to rent, we really appreciated the help it was very stressful. Please share this with your employees they deserve a pat on the back. Good to see some good customer service in these times.”

“Had a first visit yesterday and loved it! We enjoyed the self-guided tour and found so many interesting varieties. We were overwhelmed by the beauty. The u-pick flower stand was equipped with everything you need to pay, cut, and transport stems. Most flowers were in full bloom and buzzing with so many honey bees. Really lovely.”
