The tour was amazing! We came in with lots of questions, all of which were answered so quickly. We’re very excited to move forward with starting an application and hopefully getting to live here!

Decent place to live. One of my biggest complaint is no where does it show an after hours maintenance number. I have looked for the number on the Crawford Crossing website or the property management company website. Customer service is hit or miss, but truly depends on who you talk to in the office. The Manager is super nice and helpful, to where the other is unpleasant and unprofessional.

The tech that came over tightened the loose bulb. He was very nice and did a perfect job. Couldn't ask for better. But that same evening the bulb came loose again, which tells me the bulb is defective or the light fixture is. I told the office a few days later, I still haven't gotten it fixed.

Just moved into Crawford Crossing Apartments. Love it! It’s beautiful outside and inside as well. Very well maintained. The apartment and all appliances look brand new.During the whole process I interacted with Monica and she was so nice and accommodating. And then to wrap up my experience I dealt with Sarah the manager who was super welcoming and professional at the same time.As I was leaving her office I saw another resident walk in and I overheard her Sarah’s address him by name (it was obvious he was a current resident) and she was just as nice and pleasant as she was with me (someone new). It’s the little things that matter and. I am really happy to be here.Chanda

I have been out of the country last month and have returned to a noticeable unkempt property. Trash in parking lot and first floor residence at 4960 have furniture and bedding and trash outside their door. So sad to see people not caring for the property.

This apartment complex is next to a road that serves an active quarry! There are dump trucks that use that road all day. Engine braking is allowed which adds to the noise which can be heard from inside the unit. Our family lived in the Crawford Crossing Apartments complex for 3 years, rent kept going up every year. The 2bed/2bath unit that was lakeside was at $1,350 a month! Much more now.All of the front doors have spring-loaded hinges so they are very easy to slam which disturbs neighbors. 3rd floor door can be heard from the 1st floor easily and vice versa. It didn't matter where I was inside the unit, even in the back bedroom, you hear it clearly. Sometimes the door slam would be enough to physically shake items such as a picture on a wall. Wakes up baby and all of it.All of the faucets have flow restrictions and the water heater (brand new) did not have enough hot water for more than 1 20-min shower. All of it was designed this way to cut costs. Yes the units were built extremely fast and there has been issues with the plumbing. Sheetrock also is detaching in areas and many cosmetic defects.Pay attention to which unit you pick because some of them are oriented to get very little sunlight year round.Using the walking path was not great due to the commercial trucks and traffic, was a fair amount of exhaust fumes at any given time.During summer time get ready for the lake-going crowds. Management had to say hypervigilant about parking and non-residents using the areas for recreation. Sort of a paranoid vibe that is not necessary.Parking is not great. There could easily be 40 more spaces for the amount of people that live here.Property managers were hot/cold. Gym area was awkward and even at my request of turning down the plug-in fragrances, they were left at max in an attempt to keep people from using the gym area - which is also a shared space with the property managers. There were break ins and vandalism, there were people speeding through the area which Virginia became furious with, I overheard it. The complex is next to an upper-income HOA.The apartment complex is located in the vicinity of a large junkyard (pick a part) and we believe that affects the drinking water.

I enjoy living here. I am one of the first tenants in this apartment complex. It was the major adjustment for me moving in from a house to an apartment due to divorce/split in asset/unable to get a house here in Oregon due to highly competitive housing situation. I struggled for a while. This apartment I am living helped me somewhat. The lake, the patio. I have lived here for the 3rd year now. I agree that this building complex was built way too fast. If they took their time building this complex with high quality materials and labor, things would be in a very good condition and much more enjoyable. This type of housing deserve high quality building especially by the lake, prime living area. I would love to have full wood floor in this entire apartment - fake, wood engineered flooring, or real wood floor here at my apartment because carpet isn't the answer to damages from accidents. Plus it is easier to clean that way. Again, nice place I get to enjoy this place more as time go by. Its like camping everyday.

the best managers and maintenance people I have ever experienced. Virginia, Tasha, Mike, Ruben have always been easy to work with and quick with results. Very pleasant, friendly, not always the case with most apartment managers. Quiet beautiful location. I have lived here from the beginning.

I came in to take a look at an apartment however when I was in the office I over heard Virginia speaking with one of the current tenants that walked in for a work order. It was shocking to see how different she treats tenants versus new clients. I would never rent here based on what I saw. She has a major attitude issue. In fact she was exceptionally rude. She threatened the tenant. She appeared to advise them to start moving out because of some requested issue with a work order. I was shocked that they would do that. The poor tenants were nearly in tears seemly only having a repair issue. Thank goodness I didn’t move here because I can’t imagine ever being treated or spoken to in such a manner.
